This place is consistently a major pain to go to. Its been three times in a row and every time is a huge hassle theres not really much of a purpose in explaining any further
We decided to switch phone providers. So far its about the same price. There are trade offs though. First off, customer service is bad with both but for different reasons. My old provider took forever to get a hold of and the store was always busy but they were great when you finally got someone to help. With AT&T you get quick service but it always seems like they dont want to do anything for you. As an example, I was in a store asking about my spotty home internet service and they told me to call customer service. As for phone service it seems to be better around town but not by much. Still trying to see if the rude customer service with them is worth the slightly better phone service.
Let me tell you about Sarah that helped me today and the Campbell lane store. She was Amazing, she cut my bill $60 a month and set my new phone up for me with no problem. She was patient and answered all of my questions with ease. Thank you Sarah.. Five stars for you!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Horrible service! Representative started yelling and shacking at me when I told her that the paper did not state what she was promising! So unprofessional! Horrible Service! Will never come back to this store again, and would not recommend to any other customer. On top of all that they switched us to a plan and told use we could remove futures, when i called att&t direct they advised that was not possible! Which they lied, and they ask us to trust them! Funny

Nathan was so phenomenal! He was so patient with us and very thorough! When setting up our new account, he gave us as many deals as he could to help us save money! He helped us get our phone set up and get everything ready to go. We ran into an issue when porting over from our previous providers on our ends but he went above and beyond to get it right and, again, was so patient! Definitely recommend anyone wanting to upgrade or switch carriers to see him!!
Oh boy oh boy the guy that helped me that nk hes name was Johnathan must have been having a good day or something he was less then nice less then helpful had wrong account pulled up at first didnt have phone in stock I wanted he told me to go to Walmart they probably had it so I chose another phone I hate the phone it doesnt work properly n when I called Abt it not working was told yes we will take it back n refund you but heres the kicker we will keep 55$ to restock the phone so you gonna take 55$ and restock a no good phone n resale to someone else been with att for over 10 yrs never have I had any problems until now
I was inquiring about porting my numbers in from tmobile last november but never officially switched and they began billing me for 6 months even though our att sim cards were never actívated and 0 cellular data was ever used from att as we still used tmobile. The employees didnt give a flying f when i came in in effort to resolve the situation and told me to go call att customer service whose workers are in india who speak very broken english and were of no help at all as they too prolly make pennies an hour and could not have cared less. The service at this location is awful as the employees were not motivated to help me out and down the line potentially port over to tmobile. TRASHCharged me 800 bucks for service that was never actívated and used.
Been here twice, super helpful staff who had answers to my questions and got me the phone I wanted for a good price! Will continue going back

We needed a new internet plan because we were constantly going over and we had assistance from Jesse Smith and he was awesome! He was very informative and helped us out a lot. Also very friendly and gave us excellent customer service. We will most definitely be back to this store because of him.

I’ve been going to this location for the better part of a decade. Each visit is always positive and many of the employees become my go-to “AT & T” person if I have any issues during phone transitions, etc. Recently Nathan has become my go-to. All the employees have been polite, courteous and efficient.

Att Retail Store next to Cambridge Market~ I was having service issues on my mobile. The young lady was a little baffled. Told me what you pay for is what ya get & I needed to upgrade to a higher tier to get better service.. 🤔 Mind u, she did not know me at all, she did not look at my phone.
Could have been better staff. They were not very knowledgeable or friendly. Your better off going to the Greenwood mall store. A Lot smarter staff and they were very friendly. They fixed my problem in no time and i was on my way Thanks At&r.
We had an appointment to go in store about transferring service to AT&T. After getting our info he stated we would have to pay down $400+ in order to do the plan. We have great credit and he couldnt explain to us why we would have to make a down payment. He stated he could set us up as a business account, which is dishonest, that would get the down-payment waived. Really....this is why I despise AT&T. Just take a look at what an employee did in Tennessee.
Anthony (with the dreads), the rep, was very patient and very professional. I appreciate him showing me the new features to something I currently have with AT&T and plan to go back to get that setup for my family, at home. I was very pleased with the amount of time it took him to get my new phone added to my account with the new iPhone 11 Pro Max. The phone is amazing and the service I received from the rep was even better! Will continue to do business with this location.

My visit to the AT&T store was a success all because of Sarah Scott and her excellent customer service!! She was so helpful and patient with everything my daughter and I needed.
Absolutely terrible service and a complete failure to provide options for a faulty device. Would not recommend using this store for any purpose or using AT&T services considering their failure to help their long time costumers when AT&T have been the ones at fault.

I went in with no internet cause they took my phone bill out on auto pay and didn’t apply it to my account so went to AT& T and they switched my plan and I paid another bill so that’s 2 phone bills in one day so I left the store with still no internet they didn’t know what to do . I called the 611 number and finally they fiqure it out but dang after 3 hrs in the store then nothing I was upset . And now I’m not set up for auto pay again what has happened to AT & T I’ve used them long time . Thanks

I had excellent service. Nathan was very helpful with helping me switch carriers and set up 6 new phones. He even went to my husband’s office to help him with his new phone. He told me about all the options. I had a really great experience there. I appreciate that I didn’t have to wait, and he took time to explain the new phones and cellular services to me.

I just moved to the area and called the store to ask about no contract plans. The gentleman who answered my call was rude and less than helpful in discussing the no contract prepaid plans they offer and what phones are available. He acted as if I was asking dumb questions and as if I interrupted his day by calling. This is very discouraging as I am unfamiliar with what would be the best carrier to go with for the area and I believe that customer service is his job. I had to give at least one star in order to leave a rating, but this store does not even deserve a one star.

It was my lucky day when I got to work with Anthony. He helped me with making changes to my account because of the passing of a family member. He also helped me in the selection of my new iPhone 11.He seemed to know about everything that I asked. He was such a knowledgeable professional!
It seems there are two many misinformed employees in this store. One employee will tell us that they will do this the next time we come in to pay our bill. Then when it is time to pay the bill we go in to pay and let them make the adjustments like they told us they would and they give us an excuse that they can not do that. Plus one of the employees messed up my spouses phone and they tell her that they will replace it with the newest Samsung Galaxy note 20 plus or something like that and it turns out they ordered her a small Samsung phone. However, the employees are very friendly, I guess they just have not been trained very well or something.
Nothing but positive experiences here. They were honest and straight forward and got what I wanted done without pushing other products on me. Amazing staff and great vibes.

I went in and was almost immediately greeted. I wanted to pay a bill and never had there. I forgot my bill and they found my account and I paid the bill in cash. Easy peasy..no sales pitch just paid my bill. Both people that waited on me were very nice and professional. I did not have the same experience at the store in Greenwood mall. ..which was why I left there and found this store on Campbell Lane after work I was pleased.
Stopped while traveling through for phone issues. They were very polite and took care of my issues. They knew I was in a hurry but multitasked and checked my account, saved me money and had my phone fixed for me in no time at all. If you are in this area, either live here or traveling through like us, Id definitely suggest stopping in.

Nathan is awesome this guy has helped me numerous times and set me up with excellent deals and seams to cut out all the bs with ease I havent had a single time where Ive needed help and he hasnt come through for me. I opened up a business account, Latanya was very helpful and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered. Ive been back several times to add lines and theyre always friendly, resourceful. They really take the time excellenct customer service.
Went there in August to get my wife ported over to AT&T and get fiber internet service for our home. We ended up doing the bogo free for XR. After they set mine up, I notice the camera didn’t shoot in focus. Their first response was, “Just go to an Apple store and they’ll figure it out.” I HADN’T EVEN LEFT THE STORE!!!! After my complaints, the manager said they should be able to take care of it. Long story short (and believe me, there’s a lot more to this cluster), they charged me for activation fees for the faulty iPhone, there were additional fees on the bill, and the one I ended up with, they lost several of the iTunes I had purchased from my previous iPhone, most of the apps took two days to download...Look, a real AT&T Store is just down the road on Campbell Lane less than a mile and a half. They know what they are doing, or take your chances. Believe me, AN AUTHORIZED DEALER IS NOT THE SAME!!
Customer service is horrid and very unprofessional I spoke with the regional manager and he was do rude and provided me with information I had to drive to Louisville just to get my issue resolved

Heather at the cambell lane location was amazing! I came in with my crushed iPhone that I accidentally ran over (it was not even from at&t, i just had prepaid service with them) and she hooked me up with a brand new iphone 10 and a plan. She made sure to get me the best deal as well. She was so friendly and relatable. She was even really good with my children! If your going to at&t ask for heather huchens at the cambell lne location by buckhead square.
They were quick to help and make sure I had everything I needed, alongside informing me of promotionals.

Went in today, they were busy. We were patiently waiting even though they were helping people who came in after we did. One of the employees was playing on her phone, so I asked if that was allowed considering they were busy. She got smart and said she wasnt a service rep and she wasnt playing. Ok, Im sorry but at my job were not allowed to be on our phones in front of customers period. She also cut my mother off to go silence her personal phone as she was giving her name. Very rude.
Just left after being threatened to have the police called on me. My roommate who suffers from autism went in the other day to see if they could fix a crack on his screen. He was told they couldnt and to go to the local grocery store because they were out of his model phone. They didnt give him his cracked screen phone back. So we went up there to ask for the phone. I told the manager I believed my roommate was taken advantage of, not angerly wasnt yelling, remand calm... Well that sent the manager into a tizzy and he told me to get out of HIS stores. Anyone that sensitive shouldnt be a manager . I wont be going to AT&T anytime soon...

Let me start off by saying i usually dont write reviews however if u want excellent customer curtesy look now further than this place. Customer service reps Nicole and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased and happy before i left. After being with sprint for 3 years i switched to AT&T today due to sprint having such disrespectful management. Nicole worked very hard to get me a new phone on a contract for a great price along with the IPAD mini and was very patient and respectful. Service rep Jordan also helped with the process and was very respectful. As long as these two work at the store, it will always be a great environment and other customers and i will stay customers of AT&T.
This is slowest place I ever seen, they have a guy who wont help you but will stand around putting people in a queue. Been waiting for 15 minutes to pay a bill and probably getting ready to just leave.Dude did help me fix my voicemail while I was here so Ill give them one star back for that.
Liars and thieves. Told phone was free and I am being charged for it. Called att they said talk to store. So far after 3 months. Can’t get anything done. I’m contacting an attorney. I’m not paying for a phone that I was told by salesperson was free. That’s illegal.
