Wow!!! Talk about a great experience…I couldn’t be happier! I needed an iPhone upgrade and I wasn’t able to use my laptop because of a WiFi snafu. John fixed my WiFi problem and I bought a newer iPhone for a super reasonable price. I’m 64 and I don’t have much knowledge about computers or iPhones but John is so kind and so knowledgeable about both of those things that my lack of expertise was not an issue. He truly treated me as if I was his own mother. Seniors: if you’re used to being talked down to and dismissed because you’re older and not as computer and/or phone savvy as you would like to be…you’ve found a place where you’ll feel comfortable and you’ll be taken care of by a true gentleman. I am so very pleased!!!

I was looking for a gaming computer for my daughter. She had been saving for one and I called John Wilkins - I had heard great things about his business. He happened to have two laptops - one of which was an HP Omen. He gave her a great deal on it and she bought it with a big smile. What amazed me was how much time he took to make sure we had anti-virus protection, get her logged on as the computers user...and established google Chrome on it. I expected a purchase and here you go because that is what Im used to...but John gave a personal touch to this that made me and my daughter feel important. I highly recommend visiting his store for cell phones, cell service, laptops or most anything tech related!

My first time in the store and after only a few minutes, my wife and I knew that this was going to be a good experience. The owner ( sorry I forgot your name ) was very pleasant and professional. He is obviously experienced and knowledgeable....and patient with my lack of knowledge. With our business complete, and our purchases in hand, we exchanged goodbyes. As we drove away, my wife and I agreed that this is the way business should be done. Those 15 or 20 minutes were a bright spot in an otherwise typical unremarkable day.
