This is the worst place to buy sell and trade games of all time they give u 6.00 for a 40$ game that just came out last year and there competition game exchange gave me 17$ on top of that they wouldnt take 4 of the games because they have to many lol there prices are too high there employees have no experience what so ever I will never go back to game stop as long as I live Ill make sure I keep going back to game exchange there much much better than game stop in all aspects

They are very helpful and considerate with their customers. This the best gamestop I have been to. Im thankful for their patience and knowledge. When I go there Im well informed about the games and preordering. This very rare to find anymore. Thank you for your hard work.

Absolutely horrible. Why would you only staff the store with 1 person on a Saturday afternoon evening, not to mention be extremely slow with service. Telling the customer behind me, who is also upset about the slow service, that they have to clock out because they will be over hours because the manager will yell at me. What kind of place is this? Most definitely going downhill fast.

Very helpful employee. As soon as I walked through the door she asked what she could help me with today. After telling her she immediately got on the computer checking not only her store but also the one in the Mall to save me a trip.

The blonde manager at this GameStop (I didn’t get his name) was incredible! We got the wrong controller knobs and came back to return them and we was worried they wouldn’t give us our money back. But he was so helpful and we will ABSOLUTELY be back because of how well their customer service is!

Fair pricing of new and used games & accessories. The staff is very professional and nice. They weren’t going to be able to give me much for the games I wanted to get rid of but the employee at the counter did tell me a place to get more money for the particular games I wanted to sell.

Always like to stop in for the Action figures. Usually always have something in stock. And am a fan for the exclusives theyre starting to Carry.

Not a bad store, but their selection is always limited. I would think for a city as big as by, theyd have more selection, but it isnt too horrible.

The gentleman working was super informative, polite, knowledgeable. I was hesitant on going back to GameStop due to the rumors online that the franchise is going under, but then I thought why not support my local business. Its a great store with some good employees. I have been going for years back when it was EB Games. Highly recommend this place ive never had a bad experience although I eont say I havent heard a few.

Great place, great service. I took my son to pick up a game for his birthday and the manager gave him some free things. Wasn’t anything expensive (small display trinkets) but it was the thought that counted. Definitely recommend and will be back!

Nice rooms at a comparable price. Pool could be a bit cleaner when we went, came in after a large group for breakfast and theyre were slim pickings, but due to the timing of the prior crowd I cant fault the hotel. Rooms were solid and the staff very pleasant.

Workers there are super awesome people! I truly dont see why some people have negative experiences with this place because Ive went here many times, not one time have i had even the slightest negative experience there. Workers are nice, pre owned games look brand new when they fix them up to sell, the atmosphere is friendly, and the workers are very knowledgeable of their games.

My children always leave here very happy

This is an okay place the prices are a bit high and you can get some of the same things and more at the game store on the scottsville road often at cheaper prices (for example I got a Wii system for less than half of the price here). I dont recommend it to most unless theres something specific that you cant get anywhere) but it is okay, GameStop is just mostly overpriced but to reach his or her own.

Great selection especially if you have a PS4 game system. I would say a small section of the store is for PS3 games and XBox.

The trade in prices GameStop offers are a joke but this location has some good employees that are very helpful.

My son has shopped here or me for him when he was a kid. Always liked this place. Thought they were fair. Until tonite, my son purchased a new game that just came out around the Feb 19 2019. Reciept said full refund if returned within 30 days. Well he tried to return it with the reciept. They said they didnt do that anymore. If that was the case why havent they changed their reciepts to not say that on there. Would make since then. They gave him 2 choices. $30 store credit or $20 cash. He paid alot morr than that believe me!!

They have a great selection of games for all current consoles, and many of the earlier consoles as well. They are fully stocked for handheld gaming systems and their prices are fairly reasonable.However, gamestop should make themselves aware of what games featured by Microsoft and Sony that are free or drastically discounted each month. Ive seen games that are free with Xbox gold going for $30+ in gamestop. Other than that, and their rediculous trade in values, my only complaint for this particular location is that all three employees I spoke with on 3/28/18 seemed to either be stoned off their butts, or are severely lacking in any enthusiasm or emotion beyond brain dead. A smile and a welcome or thank you go a long way with customers wanting to return.

Best place to go for older titles

Im really disappointed. I shop here for my son and husband all the time, so when I got 2 games and a ps3, spent nearly $200 bucks, I thought I would have no problems.Both disks were dirty, sticky & gross looking, we had to clean both games, havent play them yet, but if they dont work, I will return. The ps3 was a mess, it was dirty, the charging cord looked like a dog chewed on it and not all cords were there, we returned it and got the money back. Decided to go to the gamestop in the mall for a ps3, even a bigger mistake! Got it home, and it had dog hair and dust piled in the cracks of the console, it smelt bad, had a odor and to make things even better, the side piece of the ps3 fell off.. turns out, the pieces that hold it on were completely broken. (You would think, thats something they would of noticed)Not only was this the second wasted trip to a gamestop, but a waste of time as well. I probably wont shop at either locations anymore due to this bull.I thought these things were suppose to be checked out before letting someone buy them?I got my friend a ps3 from here about 3 years ago and never had an issue with it. Still have it and it works great.

I love video games and I have a GameStop card. If you buy alot of games its worth it to get a GameStop members card because you get enough points on your card you can get a free GameStop gift card.
