My wife and I have been coming to this place for the last 3 years we have a child so we visit this place more then we should because our child will break his iPad or our phones. We figured every time we come there they always take care of us, they always giving us deals. Well not to long ago one of there employees went through a device we brought in, he invaded our personal space like reading my personal text messages, he was all going though our photos, but to top it off. He had the nerve to message my wife trying to hook up with her like she wasn’t gonna tell me. I’m very disappointed in this place, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I felt disrespected and my personal space was Invaded. If my wife and I are victims to behavior like this then I can only imagine who els this happened to. Save your self the trouble and take your business somewhere els.

I unfortunately have had to have several screens replaced. Tech connection offers quality service and great customer care. My iPad has a bent frame, from what I was told, and the screen periodically needs adhesive applied and they take care of it, no problem. The staff is knowledgeable of many phone issues and repairs. I appreciate this business!

I have dealt with this company for a few years now both Company and personal repair services. They are awesome, friendly, reliable. They take care of their customers as quick as possible. They are up front and honest, no BS responses. If you want your electronics repaired and properly, go see them. If they can’t I fix it, there will be two options. First off it will probably be beyond repair. Second option, if not beyond repair, they will know someone to get it fixed. But be certain they know a lot about electronics. So mostly likely if they can’t fix it, nobody can. And foremost they always have a positive attitude and atmosphere.

These guys are truly the best. I have had a broken Microsoft surface Pro 3 and cracked the screen 3 years ago. I scoured the internet looking for solutions but never found a good fit. It has been my favorite tablet/ laptop I had ever owned so I was extremely disheartened. I brook it to tech connection and the repaired my cracked screen, did it in a timely manner, and it was extremely affordable. I highly suggest these guys because you will not be disappointed. Took my Samsung Galaxy Prime phone to them yesterday for repair of the charging port. They saw exactly what the issue was and said they could fix it and would only take 45 minutes to do so. Actually took them an hour and 15 minutes (which I dont really care about it taking so long because I knew they would be busy with other customers) and they fix it to my satisfaction with one minor exception which Im not really concerned about. What mattered to me is that Im now able to be online and in the future theyll receive all my electronics and tech repair issues.

Pretty simple. iPad needed a battery. So they put a new battery in it. Price was fair. No problems.

After accidentally shattering the screen and screen protector of my iPhone7+ I visited the shop and had a new screen and protector put on within 25 minutes. However after leaving I did notice some marks between the screen and protector but didn’t think much of it. Woke up the next day and realized the new screen was cracked right through the middle, so I returned to the store. They were able to replace both the screen and protector again, no charge. I was fairly satisfied with the service until an employee told me not to sit on the phone again(which I never do), which was quite frustrating and rude. I’ve also now noticed a piece of debris stuck between the screen and protector creating a small bubble that I’ll have to stare at until the protector needs replacing again.
