Do Not Shop Here! I would give zero stars if I could.I drove over an hour to this location for a desk that was returned and assembled. The associate told me over the phone that it was normally 199 but they were selling it to me 89 because it was returned and assembled wrong. Upon arrival (after looking for someone to help me for ten minutes), they told me the price of the desk is actually only 20% off - so 160. $70 dollars more than I was told over the phone. I was still going to buy it because I loved it, but when asking if they could do any better on the price because of their mistake, the Store Manager ARGUED with me telling me I misunderstood the conversation because they all (5 associates she says) heard it over their ear pieces. The 89 came from the Ped filing cabinet that matches but is sold separately.The person I spoke with before the Manager apologized that the associate misspoke and that she was new. 20% off 200 was never mentioned over the phone. That store manager wouldn’t even take responsibility for her employees mistake, aggressively tried to argue with me, and made me out to be the liar. That’s unacceptable customer service. Do not shop here. Amazon has the same things at 50% of the prices they charge. Just wait for shipping instead of dealing with this horrible staff.

I only needed to use the print center today. I hate printing stuff on my own because it seems too complicated. I had assistance from both Collin and Cody. They both restored my faith in young people, as they were very attentive and conscientious! They definitely were both very knowledgeable and helpful. They work very well together as a team. The finished project far exceeded my expectations!

My experience was that I sat in every chair that was $99.00 and up making sure I found the one that was going to be the best for my wife. She has trouble with her back and tailbone. When I decided which chair I wanted, I had to find someone to assist me. At no time did anyone offer to assist me. The guy that did help when I asked him was very nice, I did ask if I could get the chair on the floor since that was the one I sat in, he said that wasnt allowed. When I got the chair home and put together, it does not feel like the one in the store did. The bottom cushion is much harder. I am disappointed with this chair.

I was going to purchase several items....but it was too hot inside!I had an employee get me a chair to sit on. He also gave me paper towels to wipe my face and arms with. I was in there 10 minutes only. I didnt get to get all my items. Ill go there again when its 40 degrees again

It is a great place to buy office supplies, but be careful buying candy/snacks. I bought two boxes of Junior Mints and one was melted together. I called them, not to get a refund, but to let them know to check their inventory. The person answering the phone never once apologized. Just said, Ok, thanks... Seriously?

Three stars for their office supplies. Their computer repair is another story (no stars)--dont expect a virus infected computer to be completely cleaned out for the $170 they charge...that will cost an additional $100. In other words: Well do a half-___ job, unless you fork over the extra cash.If they had just said the charge would be $270 and left it at that, I would have groaned and bitten the bullet. For the $170, youll still have bits and pieces of a virus hiding within and keeping your expensive computer from performing as it should. Find someone else to do your computer repairs.

Great help from attendants. Business card machine down and delaying my purchase by 3 days. Seems this is common. Not acceptable. If machine has reoccurring problems should replace or have back up. This is a business supply store and should not have these issues. Not good for image.

On Saturday 9/30, I visited the Bowling Green, KY store to purchase an office chair for my boyfriend. We opted for the Tempurpedic 9000 and were told by Andrew that it was not available in store but could be ordered and shipped directly to us in 2 business days. We needed the chair as quickly as possible and decided to go ahead and order. At check out, we were told the chair would arrive on Monday 10/2. Monday arrives and we are notified that the store associate ordered the wrong color and it wont be delivered until the 20th. My boyfriend called the store, quite upset, only to find that the chair we wanted had been in stock that Saturday. The store manager told him if we came by the store, they could exchange the chairs. When I got to the store, the store manager informed me that he had cancelled our order and refunded the money and I would have to re-pay for the in-stock chair, even though the refund had not been credited back to my bank account. When I asked how that was supposed to happen when it wasnt within my means to double what I had spent, he just suggested I come back in a few days. I was absolutely livid that this was the best they could do to resolve the situation. I asked for the number to the corporate office and left. When I called the number I was given, it turned out to be the number for managing orders and customer service. I called the store back and requested the phone number of the regional manager. The sales associate Autumn told me he had just left. When I said that was fine, I would just call him, she told me they didnt have his number. When I questioned the fact that they had no way to get in contact with their regional manager, I was told hell be back Friday. At that point, I insisted to her that while I understood they could not give out the regional managers mobile number, the store manager needed to contact his regional manager and give him my phone number to contact me about this issue. When I called back an hour later to see if my request had been acknowledged, I was told the store manager had left for the day. So here it is Monday 10/2 and even though Ive been told on TWO occasions that I would have an office chair today, I am left with no one to assist me, no options, and no chair. I am beyond furious at Staples lack of customer care in this situation.

Usually have good luck with this store, but the website promised same-day pickup does not apply unless you order at least 8 hours in advance apparently. There is no mention of this restriction anywhere on the website where I place my order.I placed an order at 12:00, called at 1:00 to check on it, was told they were busy and would call me back. At 3:00, I had not received a call, so I called back. Girl answering phone said I could not get my order until next day. I told her I needed it for the morning, that was why I chose the SAME-DAY PICKUP. She informed me there was nothing she could/would do to try and help a loyal Rewards Member. I then told her that she would be losing my order and probably all of my companys business and she hung up on me.I then called back 30 minutes later after I had recovered from the hang-up and talked to the manager, who said he could not be of help. He then gave me a bunch of excuses about slow printers, etc. Never once did he address the fact that his employee hung-up on me or that they never called me back as they said they would earlier in the day.Issues like these I would think would cause him to at least offer to try and bump my order up. Our companies (yes, companies - 5 to be exact, one of which is a non-profit that needed these 4 print items) order all of our business supplies from Staples, but not any more. I have purchased some print items from Vistaprint, and from now on they will get all of my print business. I am a very unhappy ex-customer that now has my event tomorrow tarnished by Staples!Thanks Staples for all your help!BTW, I have contacted my inside sales representative at Staples; hopefully she has more care for my business than the local store!

Very POOR service!!! Ordered Gaming Chair on line for MY CHILD on cyber Monday. Was Told the item was available at store to be picked up and paid. Then next morning item was not there and no one could compensate me for the item. Of course the middle person is screwed again and my child doesn’t get what he ask for Christmas because staples evidently doesn’t know what is in their inventory or my item got sold out from under me. Now the item is $100 more and no one seemed be able to help me at all.Poor Poor Customer Service!!! Will drive out of my way use another service like Office Max. Never had these issues with them.

Thought Thoughtthey were super expensive but not really and they have a loyalty program. I needed copies made on specific paper for court and they made the copies for .30c each. Very friendly staff will go again

I needed to make two color copies. Because they only have one machine that could make my color copies and it was having problems they had to restart the machine three times, so it took over 1/2 hour to make 2 copies.
