A young gentleman came out to help me. Spectrum told me that I need a router. So I wanted to see what that was & how expensive it might be. I was positively surprised that their hours now are u til 8pm M-F. I was even given a print out of the items I would need, with all of the items identifying numbers, characteristics. I have not decided yet!
