I never went to be hall brothers your maps are off

Benthall Brothers ordered the incorrect garage door for our home TWICE and has delayed our construction. We ordered a simple garage door to match our trim (which was bronze) in the summer and they installed a bright white garage door, which they let fall off the tracks and left there to look like an eyesore because the guy was by himself. They made light of the situation and said it was not their fault and ordered another garage door that was ALSO WHITE. They assured us they would have the correct garage door installed on October 29. It is now October 30 and the incorrect garage door (which they installed poorly, it will not even raise up and down) is still up and they cannot give us an estimate of when the correct door will be here, much less be installed. I would never recommend them, dealing with them has been an absolute nightmare and has taken the excitement out of the homebuilding experience.

Called and literally got hung up on when I said Hey, how are you? Brandy is rude. Taking my business elsewhere.

My fiance was working through a temp agency an was sent on assignment to this place. For the first 4 days there was no problem. He was never late and always done as asked. On the 5th day he was told he was mechanically inclined to work there. He has a disability, but it has not hindered him from working and hes always done his best no matter where hes worked. They have a paper clearly stating in the building that they dont discriminate! BUT THATS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED! This place isnt a place to work especially if theyre going to do that! Considering the temp agency tried to say his arm wasnt what they were meaning by mechanically inclined...what else could it mean? Apparently the only machinery there to operate is a forklift and a bander. HE ALREADY HAS EXPERIENCE USING BOTH!
