My husband and I are very impressed with the service at the BGSU Speech and Hearing Clinic. The service is not just a one shot deal.....after very complete testing, the hearing specialist described the scope of the problem and the various options for resolving it. My husband, a former faculty member at BGSU, opted for a hearing aid, and our specialist did not try to sell us the most expensive one, but instead described the best attributes of each hearing aid he considered. He chose one in the middle price range and was fitted for it a week later. We are amazed at the technology involved in fine tuning of the hearing aid for each clients particular need and the ongoing (at no extra cost) rechecking and, if needed, recalculation to achieve the best solution for their comfort.
