Had a very thorough hearing evaluation with ample explanations regarding the eval as well as the anatomy and physiology involved in the hearing process. The technician was knowledgeable and very sweet! Would definitely recommend this provider.

He is very friendly and does not pressure you into buying the most expensive ones because he lets you choose in your price range. He doesn’t rush you through and very patient with you and explains everything in detail! Also let’s you know if you have any issues or problems to call or come back. An awesome young man as well as his staff! I would give him a score from 1-10 a 10 as well as the staff!!!

I give Better Hearing Center Bowling Green, Kentucky my highest recommendation based on 19 years experience with them. I have worn hearing aids for about 35 years. When I moved here 19 years ago, I needed a new audiologist and some aid adjustments. I tried others first, and was disappointed. I went to BHC, and the audiologist listened carefully to my history and issues. He performed a detailed check of my hearing, and made some adjustments. I was completely satisfied, and was totally comfortable with all the staff I met and with the center. They have taken care of me since with 100% satisfaction. The audiologist who helped me in 2002 was David Kimbel. Today, David is the Owner. I still depend on David and the folks at BHC totally. They keep up with fast changing technology and help me with new hearing aids when needed and continual monitoring, adjusting for my changes, and keeping my set clean and in good shape. The technology and science is huge, but just as important is listening and applying an art to fine tuning this technology to me and my needs. They are the best.

It was a very thorough exam. Did not have any problem getting them to fit properly. Excellent on explainng my hearing problem and also setting up hearing aids as I could hear wonderful. He was very personable and understanding of my hearing loss. You have to have a good technician adjusting everything and we had the best. Thank you
