We have been using Faxons since the day our old beater Craftsman rider started acting up. Even though they didnt sell it to us, they serviced it every year and kept it up and running just like it was one of their own. Weve purchased other equipment from them since then, including a Bear Cat chipper shredder that my wife absolutely loves. Every year they offered a free pick up and delivery service to perform annual maintenance. That is a great service! Sadly, age has taken a toll on our maintaining our own lawn, so we dont use this service very much, but when we do need service, Faxons is the only choice for us.Their showroom is very clean and professional and well stocked with anything you need. Its a pleasant experience going in to their store and working with intelligent, honest, fun, funny and professional staff.

They are great to help you with what you need, especially when you do not know the name of what it is you need. They simplified my weed eater to use little blades instead of string and I didn’t even know there was such. I bought a chain saw there and they had it ready to go with everything an ameteur would need. They are great for large lawn contractors and also for the women do-it-yourself lawn pros like myself.

Jeremy was very helpful in giving us comparisons of different models. The customer service was excellent by all the employees. I would definitely recommend them to others and will be back.

Having seen Faxons change locations a few times since first discovering the store many years ago, I can gladly report that their sales and service has continued with the greatest of integrity. Ive purchased multiple chainsaws and grass trimmers and always received excellent service. They also have a fast turnaround on OEM parts should you ever need to order an out-of-stock part. I have bought and always have serviced many mowers from Faxons. They could not be more cordial or helpful during each of my purchasing experiences. Their service is 2nd to none and having them greet me by name any time I walk in the showroom or service department is special. I would not go anywhere else for my outdoor equipment needs.

Brought in a part to be fixed and was informed it would be finished the following week. I came back the day it was supposed to be done, counter person told me it wasnt there and it would be here the following day. Following day has arrived and still my part is not back. Now they tell me they dont know when it would arrive and that I would have to wait until they call me. Bad customer service throughout, wouldnt spend a penny in this place again. Be forewarned everyone.

Paid over $100 for one mower spindle when I could have bought 3 for the same price. I dont mind paying for the convenience of having it now, but this was just a screwing will never do business with them again.

Very poor service took my mower to them to replace a deck drive belt and it shredded twice both times they say nothing is wrong and just send me home last time they replaced it checked everything and said its all good ..I take it and it shredded again ...guess what they want me to pay to bring it back in and put a new belt on again because there service department cant do there job correct ... Worst service ever ..wouldnt recommended this place to anyone
