Although had some, Supply problems since the start they honored their warranty the they did a great job the Chrome is beautiful, and the Chrome Shields are thick much thicker than any stock or other exhaust systems theyre Chrome Shields are really outstanding. Install my new tormentor headers which Harley was dynoed, bike runs with lots of tork power nowHappy for now !!

They do not stand behind their products. I have their exhaust I. My street glide and the tip have the chrome coming off of them. My dealer contacted them about a warranty on the tips and they would not do anything for me. The pipes were 5 years old at the time. I would not purchase again. I thought at least them might offer new tips at cost. But they did not want to help a custer out at all.

Very nice product. I bought a set of wheels from RC Components and the rear had to be custom made to match the front. It was a breeze to work with the RC Components rep. Would recommend and would purchase again with no hesitation.

Easy to do business with. Could not be happier with the sound of the pipes. I have a 2013 Street Glide with RC True Duals and 4 in RC slip-ons. Great quality. Great sound.

Front fender looks great and it’s a one piece fender, not two pieces welded in the center. That I liked a lot!

Alex was more than helpful when we ordered our drag wheels. They are so beautiful in person we were amazed. The website photos do not do these wheels justice. I ordered wheels with matching rotors and they look great. They forgot to send out the spacers and when I call RJ Clutter they shipped those puppies right out to me. They also put my rear tire on backwards but he took care of me. I would definitely purchase from these guys again.

Purchased a tire and rim package. Rim had incorrect hub and the customer service to get corrected was horrible. End up paying more money to get fixed.

Place is great. Product not so much. Went through 3 exhaust systems because they just broke. Yes they replaced them under warranty but you dont get compensated for your time labor and aggravation. So sorry. I cannot reccomend an exhaust product from them.

May 14th I placed an order for a set of black 4.5 Torx Eclipse slips for Street Glide Special. First set that arrived had one with damaged end cap and the right side did not fit into the stock header. I package the slipons back in the box and after talking with some by the name of Jaime I am assure I would receive a return authorization that took two days to get.A week later I received another set and to my surprise they were also damaged, this time both end caps had damage. The damage was very similar to first ones, so I couldn’t help to think they may have been the same ones with an attempt to recondition the same damaged ones and repackage.After two tries at getting what I had paid for was unsuccessful, I requested a full refund from the third party vendor.It is mind boggling that a company would be so sloppy and offer such poor quality control and customer service. I purchased two sets, one black, which did not workout and a chrome set which have a slight dent, but my friend doesn’t want to waste his time and energy returning them and going through what I went through, so he’s going to live with it.Very sad and disappointing that RC Components stepped very low. They’ll never get my business or that of anyone I come in contact. As a motorcycle instructor, I’m confident I can make a dent in that happening.

RC Components...do NOT buy wheels from these folks. My experience has been dreadful. The Company who processed and worked the order, Wanaryd, is a middleman of sorts. They are supposed to provide QC for the RC parts; however, between wrong hubs, incorrect sleeve lengths, poor technical support...they have proven their skills at apologizing, nothing more. $4100.00 for wheels, tires and matching disks is a lot of money. They sold themselves at boasting over QC and technical help. It just isnt so. I ended up having to figure out the problems myself, go to lowes hardware to solve the problem with sleeve length, and then the bearings failed in less that 1/2 mile. No one at with company has been able to tell me specifics about the bearings...so I am having to travel to Grainger industrial with the failed part, hoping it can be matched. Wrong hubs, wrong sleeve, failed bearings...I have written a letter to the CEO of both companies. I have posted my experience with them in as many places as I can. Please avoid RC Components and Wanaryd. Their wheels look pretty awesome. No doubt. You just cant get them on your bike without more frustration than its worth. Shop elsewhere. Spend a few hundred dollars extra and buy from someone local who can support the product. These people literally will not help you, no matter what you do, or how kindly you try to resolve the problems. I am so sorry I bought from both Wanaryd and RC Components.

My wife and I met that Shawn up at Bike Week in sandusky ohio sold me a grea set of 2 into 1 pipes tuner and high flow AC put them on and i even helped a lil got to know him some gave me his card and said if i have any questions or issues to call him . A few days later i did so he awnsered and worked with me to fig out the issue to this point . Great nice people ! Cant wait to stop by the shop to get tbe tour its on the list whem we visit Nashville
