Real good people. They do good work, fair price. I took 2 bikes to them. They done good work on them. 1 bike, they went over the bike checked everything out. The other bike, they done motor work. I purchased things. Real good price. They all are very helpful. Thank you!

These people were so awesome. Bought a Ice Bear Trike from them. They were helpful, informative and extremely patient. Would highly recommend them. Very reasonable prices.Update: 4-23-19; My scooter quit running while I was riding. Couldnt get it to start back up. I called Star to see if they could help me troubleshoot over the phone. They came to me instead. Something had come loose and dropped off the bike. The man found it, replaced it tightly and I was on my way. And no charge! You guys are the best!

I just picked up my 99 Honda Valkyrie today on April 24, 2015. I couldnt be more pleased with the work they have done. The bike had sat up for a little over 2 years and what I thought was going to be a rather expensive repair was done by Star at an amazing price. Like I said, I believe them to be the best in town. Friendly service and knowledgeable technicians, they have definitely won my future business.

While on a tour of the south east, I did more miles than expected and found I needed a rear tire. The folks at Star Motorbikes had a tire for me. And got me in and out quickly and efficiently. Great job!

Took a Suzuki rm125 in for a top end rebuild. The estimate provided by star motorbike was $783.00. I added a used wheel and chain to the service. The additional cost estimate was for $115.00. They were supposed to re sleeve the jug and replace piston and rings. They kept the bike for 3 months for starters, then when I went in to pay for services and pick up the bike, the price was now over $1200.00. They tried to get an additional $300.00 from me for no reason what so ever. They also took apart a blaster I took in for the same thing, charged me $90.00 to take it apart and give it back to me in a box. They are crooked people and will get you if they can. If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible place to do business with. I will pay someone else $1000 to do a job they can do for $500 before I take anything to them again!

People here are friendly and knowledgeable about most motorcycles and ATVs, pricing is in line with the area and sometimes about the same as ordering online so overall a decent business

Had a gas cap replaced by them because of corrosion. Well they ended up scratching my gas tank very badly, about 40 scratches, of course they did not fix it. If you want a motorcycle shop in BG KY go to Lost power, even they are not very professional. I highly recommend the trip to Castle Power Sports in Madison, TN.

I restore and rebuild and modify bikes, I own 27 and counting. Perry and his crew are the best in Kentucky. They prepped my Gl1500 golding for cross country journey from KY to Seattle that cruised at 70 to 80 mph all day long without one incidence. In my book they are the best. Ive read some of these reviews. Frankly, I dont get it. Perry does a great job. He takes on projects that I know others might pass on. He is creative, knows what he is doing, and is honest. Just finished some work on my 2000 Moto Guzzi. He fabricated a couple of things because parts are getting scarce. Exactly what I wanted. A+

I found Perry and the folks at Star about 10 years ago. During that time they have worked on 9 different bikes I’ve owned, including 5 new machines. They have done the full gamut of services ranging from routine maintenance, to complex electrical work to converting a two year old Goldwing to a Roadsmith trike. In all this time and for all these services they have consistently done quality work at a fair price. Perry, Denise, and all the gang are friendly, knowlegable and consistently go the extra mile to take care of their customers. They are the ONLY shop I trust to work on my bikes. Highly Recommend!!!

Great people. But unfortunately i had my fourwheeler worked on by them and they tore it all apart broke my plastics and took all my sensors out and spark plug handle module off and left it like that. Got nothing fixed on it and had ran out of the time I gave them to fix it. So I got my fourwheeler back all taken apart in pieces with plastics that were NOT broken. Was very upset about that. But other than that seems to be nice good people there and okay prices.

We were in town for work and our Polaris side by side wouldnt start, called them at 3pm on thursday told them our predicaments and they said bring it by had it running like a champ by 1pm friday. Great service great people.

I’ve been a customer of Star for many years (at least 12 now) and have always found the parts prices to be right, service costs to be reasonable, and staff to be extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve bought 7 new motorcycles in the past 12 years and after their initial service at the dealership the only people who have EVER worked on my bikes are the fine folks at Star. In 2012 I had them install a Roadsmith trike kit on my 2010 Honda Goldwing, and they’ve added countless accessories, done numerous tuneups, and installed a number of tires on my bikes. Bikes they’ve worked on for me include a 900SS Ducati, Yamaha FJR, Yamaha Venture, BMW GS, Triumph 1050 Tiger, Yamaha Super Tenere, Artic Cat ATV’s, Yamaha Rhino, Honda Goldwing and my 2018 Triumph Bonnieville among others. In every case work has been done in a timely and professional manner and at a reasonable cost. I’ve came to consider Perry, Denise and the gang at Star as personal friends and they are the only folks who will ever turn a wrench on my motorcycles. Professional service from people who care about you and at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Bought a gocart for my son. Had a 30 day warranty. In the first 30 days I had to bring it back for a repair 4 times. The same part broke and when I just asked return it the owner said Im not giving you your money back, I know its a piece of crap but you are stuck with it now . When I discussed this with a few friends in town the informed me the owner beat his wife a year ago and was a real turd. Wish I had known this before I spent $1500 with a low life wife beater. I will never be back and I hope everyone will do their homework before spending any money with this crook!

Great service from the staff. I was in and out in no time.

Very disappointed with service department. Kept my scooter outside for almost 6 weeks which caused weathering and deterioration. Bent my key up so badly it was unusable. Ruined seat lock which had to be replaced. Did not keep me posted on servicing needed and then had a large bill at the end for me. Horrible! Will NEVER go back.

Service could be a lot better.

Gave me a estimated for a carb and fuel treatment for 250 and I told them to fix it and then it took em 3 weeks and cost me almost 600 and it’s still not fixed! And ordered a part and they never put it on that I payed for and never done an oil change or a new plug!

Had an electrical issue with my bike I just couldnt figure out. These guys found it and fixed it within an hour! They saved me a headache. Thanks guys.

I have no idea what Graham Henry is talking about, all Chinese Go Karts and other products are sold AS IS, NO WARRENTY, he is the one that tore up the go kart and Mr. Taylor repaired it 3 times without charge and then he sued for his money back and lost in court, he also is the TURD that got charged with domestic violence for hitting his wife, He got buyers remorse and lost in court.

My husband took his bike up there and because it kept shutting of and had a tune up done to it and they said it was ignition coils and the fuel pump going out but cone to find out my husband found out it to be a kink in gas line
