Orlando, the owner, goes FAR BEYOND any of my expectation with regards to helping me out with my car. For one, when my right rear tail light went out, he personally came himself and picked up my car and drove it to the shop, fixed it, and brought it back to me on the house. Secondly, when I got a nail in my tire a week after getting four new tires, he again picked up my car, brought it to the shop, took out the nail and put a patch on it, brought it back to my work, all this on the house. For another, when I got two flat tires on the way back from work on a Friday afternoon during rush hour, Orlando called a towing company after they were closed and had them bring my car to the shop, and was able to put four brand new tires at a great price! He is by far the best mechanic I have ever used with regards to high quality service as well. In addition, every oil change I need he will come pick up my car and bring it back to me in a timely manner. Please use Orlando for any of your car servicing needs, by far the best. Ive used National Transmission for all my mechanical needs in the past. I loved working with Hector, the previous manager. He was very caring and did everything to suit my needs. I felt very confident regarding the work he performed. Then in 2017 they hired a new manager. I didnt click with him at all. I paid over $1,000 to have my car physically overhauled. They did a poor job! Headlights are still foggy and they didnt even clean/vacuum my trunk., etc. Ill never use them again. The owners are nice. What a shame.

Hector was very welcoming and personable. Roberto and Steve did a great job explaining what was wrong with the ticking in my engine. Turned out to be a purge valve which is an easy and cheap fix. Very honest guys. I will be back and highly recommend this location. Great!!

My husband and I were getting the run around from several other automotive shops in the area when we brought our car here. We were told we needed new brakes, rotors, a radiator, etc. from a couple of other places. When I called National Transmissions for an estimate Hector was friendly and informative. We brought our car in for a diagnostic and discovered that we did, in fact, need a new radiator. All the other repairs turned out to be the other auto shops trying to hustle us. They scheduled us for the new radiator that week, and they even threw in a free oil change. Their prices are reasonable, their work is great, and the customer service cant be beat. I definitely recommend this shop for auto repair needs.

I must say that I was very impressed with the professionalism and service that the guys at this shop provided. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and was scheduled to bring my car in the next morning which was amazing. I was given a ride to and from my job which was also very convenient for me. I took my car in for a broken AC among other issues and even though I didnt request it they inspected the entire vehicle for no charge. I have an older car and I havent exactly put a lot of money into it, so some major issues were brought to my attention, mainly the dry rotted tires that I have been driving around with and an oil leak. I was advised of the issues that should be taken care of right and the ones that could be put off for a while longer. Overall I was very happy with my experience and definitely will be going back for future repairs and maintenance. Thanks Hector!

Great service!!! Got me in fast during the busiest time of the summer and was only down for a day. Only reason it didnt get 5 stars was that a lower grade oil filter was accidently installed with my full synthetic oil. No biggie and an easy oversight. All in all, I love these guys!!

I had an appointment scheduled the previous evening however when I got to the shop Hector worked me into the schedule and they explain to me in details exactly what my vehicle needed and showed me what needed to be changed I like the fact that they did not price gouge me and anyway and that they were sensitive to the fact that I was a female and did not take advantage of me and charge me ridiculous prices as other places have done Hextor and Orlando were very professional.They even offered me coffee while I waited . So, they finished my vehicle in less than an hours time. I appreciate them so much and I highly recommend anyone to use them to fix their vehicle..

The experience I had with National Transmissions has been nothing but 100% positive. Extremely friendly and expert staff. I had an issue with a car that was left at another shop for over 12 days without them able to diagnose the issue. The team at National Transmissions were able to diagnose and fix within 24 hours.

They really set the bar for outstanding service. Not only did they come get my car on a flatbed, but they didnt charge me for the tow. The price to fix my radiator and some hoses was very reasonable and the work was finished when they said it would be.Worth it to use them even if you are a distance away.

I am a local small business owner from Delray Beach Florida and have dealt with businesses and business owners for 4 decades. In all those years I can only think of a handful of businesses and owners that have really left a such a positive and inspiring impression on me.Hector, the owner is that guy you hope you never need but boy are you blessed when you find yourself in a jam. I found myself in just that place this week end. He is a gentlemen, very warm and upbeat, and he is very knowledgeable and a real problem solver.I had been dealing with some serious medical issues for the past 6 months and as things got worst I had to rely on my men to run my business. They did a great job but could not handle everything. As a result I found 2 of my vehicles down for two very different reasons. I looked up a local company that was part of national franchise. As it turned out they couldnt help me. Up until that point they were polite, professional and helpful. They told me that they had a problem in taking care of my Mercedes after two days of looking at it. The issue was a tool they didnt have and dismiss me.I had just recently had surgery (a triple hernia) and that walk from the desk inside that shop to my car seemed like a walk through the Sahara. I sat in the car dumbfounded wheels turning. I am a problem solver so I went to work on the smart phone. I found someone to help it would cost me an additional $200.00. Not happening. I looked around to see what was in that center and I saw Hectors shop. I thought if anyone knows where to find a tool it should be him. I nervously walked to his shop, thinking to myself, I hope this isnt one of those kind of guys .. you know what I mean.I was greeting with a smile, Hector was at his desk working and stopped to listen. He said while he didnt have that tool he was sure he could help me. and he did. The experience was like I said world class service you wouldnt expect from a modest shop. He is gem. All of my vehicles will be serviced there and I have already shot out three emails to family and friends about Hector and his business.Today it is not enough to run your business with good customer service. You really have to go the extra mile, know your trade and be willing to make your customers problems your own. The shop next door lost my respect, my business and the business of those I influence. I have never in my 50 years encountered a sorrier bunch of incompetent parts changers. They have no expertise, no integrity and even less respect for their customers. I had to take my car to a REAL mechanic after my month long ordeal at NT. Suffice to say that ONE of the issues found was a bottle cap, yes a bottle cap, acting as a gear lever bushing. Nuf said...Run. Run as fast as you can away from National Transmissions!

Hector and his crew are outstanding. My fiance bought tires and this location and they have gone above and beyond customer service. Because of their customer services and work, ANYONE who mentions that they need a mechanic, this is the place to go!

This shop doesnt know what there doing. They cant meet there time estimates and they put stuff together wrong. I had my transmission rebuilt, they put my transfer case lever in backwards and now my rear main seal is coming out causing a pressurized oil leak. I am going to give them one more chance to make it right or Im going to take it to another shop and sue for the difference.

I drive a 2005 Acura and though it has been a great car, it has been having issues lately. When the battery finally died on me, I decided to take it in to National Transmissions and have them take a look. They did a full work up and were able to fix multiple issues for a very fair price. Louis and Morris are great to work with, and they take care of their customers. Even though the shop is in Boynton Beach, they still came to pick-up and deliver the car at my work in Boca Raton. I am a woman who drives a 20 yr old van with 280,000 miles on it. Van broke down on a Sunday night around 6 pm on woolbright near 95. The guy who pushed it to side of road told me transmission shot - fluid all over road. I called every tow company in google - they all wanted at least 80.00 and i only had 60.00 and I also had to get home - 45 miles away. Left van and got a ride home. Next am, I first wanted to figure out where to have it towed then was going to find tow truck to tow it. The nearest transmission shop was National Transmission. Figured the guy would know I was desperate (as the tow truck guys knew) and because I am a woman, take full advantage. Instead. the owner or manager, HECTOR, told me not to worry about tow - he paid for it and charged me only $65.00. After he looked at it, I figured hed tell me it would be hundreds to fix. OMG - this HECTOR was unbelievable. Honest. Explained EVERYTHING and I about fell over when he told me how LITTLE he charged....VERY VERY VERY HONEST...HE EVEN SAID IT NEEDS MORE WORK BUT FIXED IT UNTIL I COULD AFFORD MORE....HONEST TO GOD - YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU USE HIM......A RARE FIND IN SOUTH FLORIDA - TRULY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was the worst experience I have have ever had with a repair shop. They didnt stand behind the $4600.00 rebuild on my transmission and attempted to send me to another outside shop to fix my problems claiming they were computer issues once I paid that shop to verify that was a transmission issue the truck was towed back to their shop at that point they pull the transmission back down and fixed the problem only to punch a hole in my radiator and put my truck back together half assed missing bolts these guys are freaking hacks butchers Im still having issues with it and when I call the guy Roger in the office always tells me is thats good to know Ill check into it I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.Im so pissed off I plan on tagging my three trucks with signs bragging about the service I received.

Let me just start off by saying that my experience here was by far the most pleasant of any past experiences with other mechanic shop.I had brought in my vehicle originally to install and new clutch and transmission. The clutch was new and bought online and the transmission was bought rebuilt online also. He had charged me a very fair price to uninstall the transmission in the vehicle and install the new one and they didnt even charge me for the installation of the clutch.He also had the car running within 2 days as promised and changed the oil in the car for free! I show up to pick up the car and he tells me second gear was grinding (mind you, i bought the trans online so it wasnt his fault..), He had even told me before we started that buying parts like that online was not smart but i knew no better and wanted to save a few bucks on an already expensive procedure.Hector, the store manager, said he was willing to uninstall the online transmission and rebuild the original trans for $1500! Mind you, he had literally replaced every broken part including the input shaft for 1500... He then went to tell me he even went ahead and installed parts for free cause he had them in the shop.. My driver side window had been broken for months and I get the car back and it works!!The rear differential on the car had started leaking, I told him to do what he has to and he went ahead and charged me for a rear diff. service and replaced the seal causing the leak for free!Hector is a very polite respectable man who has earned my respect and a lifelong customer.. He is there to help and would try to make things as easy and cheap as possible and is always looking out his customers, I see how he treats other customers and its exactly the same as me. All the employees are professional and knowledgable and willing to explain and show you whats happening! National Transmission has made a long ongoing process cut short and sweet! I will never go to another shop again!!!

The shop misrepresented themselves as people that know what theyre doing their service is terrible my transmission went out after a total rebuild within 3 months after they fixed it they then told me there is no warranty on it this is after they had sent it to three different shops to try and figure out what the issue was when it was always the Transmission they rebuilt
