Yes, it has not escaped me that you have a website....I prefer to make sure that something fits and feels right before I buy it - call me old-fashioned, if you will. Plus I needed the skirt for the next day.-------------------Went looking for plus sized business wear, especially skirts. ONLY 1 type of skirt and very limited size selection. Overpriced for the quality presented.

Unfortunately I was not able to use my JC Penney credit card because I have not used it lately. I applied for a new one and was declined.

I like JCP. I try to buy from in store companies rather than order the junk that sometimes comes from Amazon. I have gotten some great deals at JCP and like shopping there.

I can always find a good bargain. JCPennys alway has a sale. The only problem is it is located in a dying mall. The Boynton Beach mall is slowly closing. Not many stores or restaurants in the food court.

We came into store looking for particular item. Wonderful Employee went Above and beyond no Employee Available.he was only on sales Floor. Great Costumer Service..Ask for Kenny. Next time come this location ask for him He knows how to Treat costumers.

Store is not the largest JCPenneys I have been to. But it does have a lot of very nice sales especially for the holidays.

I only went there because I am a long time customer of their Optical Dept. Which is still pretty good.

Went with a friend and our sons to buy something quick and the employees mentioned a kids superhero event. We stayed for the event and they gave a coupon for a free picture in the portrait studio, so we said hey, why not. They had superhero capes and masks to wear for the photos and the pics were better than I ever expected. So beware if you go, the portraits are all so good, youll end up buying them all!! (The pic I included was taken by us before the photo shoot began)

I had my hair done in the salon. Lori took fantastic care of me.

The J.C Penny Salon at Boynton Beach has the best most patient stylists around . My 5 year old son will not let anyone else but Ricardo touch his head. His patience with children is amazing and gains the trust of his clients. I highly recommend the Salon and also how they are doing their protocols for the pandemic.

So whose bright idea was it to keep the south entrance closed? You know the ones next to the parking lot? No sign indicating that its closed just fire exit only so if theres a fire someone in a panic is supposed to unlock the doors before suffocating? Ok got it. Here is a picture of other customers trying to get into the store through the doors to no avail. No wonder this company is going bankrupt youre literally locking customers out🤦‍♂️

Some great sales, but needed a coupon for some, so didnt buy as much as I would have if I had a coupon.

I have shopped in J C Penneys for years. And have always found everything. Even beating my expectations with selections and price. Though, this year selections seem limited. Maybe do to Covid. I still will continue to shop J C Penneys!! You cant miss the clearance.

3 different counters to return an item! It seems they have hidden the return desk upstairs in a remote area you will never find. Why cant any customer service desk take a return like every other store??

Returning a Pennys purchase at the Broward Mall location is very inconvenient. Items can not be returned at any register. Items have to be returned upstairs at a register for both returns and online pickups. Only 1 person was working.

I was not able to find my size, but thats not unusual. Apparently Im the most unusual size in pants - 38 x 34 - or Im so usual that everybody buys them all out before I can get to them. This Penney store was well staffed and was well stocked, and the staff was friendly and helpful. They were very many clearance areas with good clearance stock and the regular stock was well priced on sale too.

I took my grandmother here to get her hair cut at the Salon with Marie a few days ago. The service and hospitality displayed by Marie far exceeded my expectations. Not only was my grandma extraordinarily pleased, but Marie even went so far as to feed her some of her own food when my grandma remarked that she was hungry. I could not recommend Marie highly enough. Sincerely, a satisfied customer.

Not the best JCPenney in the area (Wellington Greens is AMAZING) but its close and clean. Stock is pretty much always kept tidy and theres usually a decent selection of sizes in clothing. Ive always had pleasant help from the associates, but sometimes there are some really great standouts, especially some of the kids. Its refreshing to see younger associates break the stereotypical teen mold - the kids that work there are actually happy to be there and I love it.

I hadnt been a JCPenney in over 5 years. I went there for the holiday Clarence. Found the selection to be very good and the help to be very efficient.

You have to look hard to find bargains here. Not enough salespeople.

The customer service is good there, youll be greeted upon entry. The cashier Marie k in the mens area is the best I have ever experienced. However, the escalator and elevator seem to be always broken, thats terrible.

I love JC Penney, however they have so many discounts on clothing on racks it is starting to look like a flea market. And returns are upstairs and the line was 10 Deep and there were three people on another register not doing anything and no one seemed to help on returns

Stopped by Sephora in need of help with selecting the right makeup for my skin type (older skin ugh). There I was greeted by Ivy, who was very welcoming and invited me to sit down to discuss foundations. Even though many, I mean at least 4 products were not available in my shade, Ivy, because of her experience, was able to find the perfect match! She also shared some valuable makeup tips I will begin using! Thanks Ivy... you are the best!

I wanted earrings for my wife. Because we are frequent customers, and was unsure as to what type to get, I completely turned over the decision to Karen. She is awesome!! She quickly identified the bracelet we had bought three months previously and straight away selected the earrings to match. Without hesitation I bought them. Such is the relationship we have with her, we never use anyone else; if she’s not there for any reason, we come back when she is and will wait until she’s free.

Womens dept could use a makeover. Also had not used my credit card in a while they decrease it from 4500.00 to 400.00 yes 400.00. I will never shop there again. I asked cashier about it. He stated oh if you dont use it in a while they will do it. Seems the way economy is they need my business!!!! But since this Boynton Mall location did what it did. The hell with them. I urge you to not open an account or go in there and spend 1dime. They need us the consumer.... right🙄

Incredible shoe departments! Employees are freindly and helpful! They have a great Kids Shoe department with lots of styles. The Mens & Womens Shoe department is huge with an awesome selection. The shopping experience is amazing!

My experiences with this store have never been positive to the point I wont shop here. I have found the staff to be rude. There are plenty of places for me to spend my money.

It was absolutely terrible. I walked around the laundry for about 25 minutes to find someone to help me and no one could help me because there was never anyone there. I ended up finding something I wanted I went to go pay for it and it was way more expensive because I couldnt get more to get the sale. So I didnt get it. Customer service at the Salon was HORRIBLE! They wanted charge me $32.00 just to cut! my ends!!!!!! when online it is less than that, I was told by the receptionist that every hairdresser has a different prices????, so I made it easy and I went to Erin Salon in the mall.

Ordered items at store on 22nd of May. Said i would be contacted, was not, checked on line they came in 2 days ago. Clerk said store always carried them, but could not find them because everything was mixed up, type, Size, etc.
