JC Billion was awesome. Heather was very helpful. She had a shuttle for me & delivered my truck when it was done. I also appreciated their honesty in tuning up my truck. No unnecessary procedures done. Very reasonable price too. Just happy they are working so hard & safe during this pandemic.
My husband and I had a relatively minor accident in Yellowstone; our car was not drivable. It was incredibly complicated to get the car towed from Yellowstone NP to the nearest Nissan dealership in Bozeman, MT. We were so fortunate to connect to Service Advisor Kassy K. She coordinated everything: contacting the insurance company, ordering parts, connecting with Service Tech Dough to make repairs, and ensuring the final delivery went smoothly. Always on top of her game and a great communicator, Kassy and Doug provided top notch service!! If I lived in Bozeman, I would be a regular customer ad Billion Nissan Service.

I worked with Kevin in the service department and couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience. He was super helpful and kept me apprised with the time. I was impressed to see him and some others there who have worked at JC for several years so it speaks volumes about their character and the company. I have purchased and serviced a wide variety of vehicles over the years from JC but my latest vehicle is a 2007 Nissan I got when my mom passed away. Kevin wasn’t judgy and he helped me isolate some minor problems with the car. I will purchase future vehicles from JC due to their friendly professionalism.
