Very pleased with Ink Outside the Box, they did an awesome job producing my projects, printed on, router cut poly metal signs. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future

I cant give a review of the actual service because I couldnt even talk to anyone.I had a couple of questions before placing an order and was put through to a voicemail. As I needed the answers before I could proceed I called back and was told by the receptionist that all the salespeople might be out but she would go and look. After waiting several minutes on hold I was cut off. I called another company and was promptly helped and order placed.I would only give one star but the receptionist was very friendly so an extra star for that.

We had graphics done for our work truck. Within days, letters started peeling on one side. In just a few months, the whole side started peeling. After several attempts going to their store, closed during business hours, we were told it was not guaranteed because we went through car washes. The rest of the graphics, on back, hood, and other side are fine. Do not go there! They dont stand behind thier products.

Went here to pickup an order for my company, when they said it would be ready. Ended up waiting in the lobby for an hour, and then they only delivered half of what we ordered.
