You order a wrap, they send an E-mail when the wrap is being printed, another one once it is ready, and another once it is shipped with a tracking number. SCS, I love their wraps and there Customer Service is top notch, I havent had even close to any issues with them. I like having their SCS Emblem displayed on my sleds which are on several sleds I own.

The quality of the material used to print these graphics is just amazing!!! Way beyond my expectations. I wraped my Jet Ski with graphics 1 year and a half ago and they still look immaculate, brand new!!! And better yet, wherever I bring my Jet Ski, I only hear compliments. But my best experience with SCS is definitely their design support on helping me get exactly what I wanted and more. The feedback and response is instant and highly professional.

Incredible experience working with SCS Wraps. I found them on a random Google search and Im so glad I did. They made me a wrap for a Yeti Cooler that is the most unique, personal, amazing thing Ive seen. Each step of the process was met with patience and customization, always thinking of me the customer first, even when I asked a million questions and had a lot of specifications. I started the order in April for a July 4th weekend delivery and Joe and the rest of the team made sure that would happen, even though we set it up so far in advance. Joe walked me through everything from purchasing my Yeti from the Yeti site and sending directly to them, customizing the exact images I wanted on the wrap (plus ideas of their own that worked so well), managing payment, managing delivery and everything in between. The personable nature of Joe and the team made me really believe they care a lot about the products they make and their customers - A LOT. You just dont get that from a lot of vendors, let alone ones that make incredibly durable, top notch quality products. I will recommend SCS Wraps to anyone who needs that kind of product - its an amazing gift idea too! I originally posted a positive review, but oh how things have changed. I paid $180 for what I was told was a custom printed dry-erase board. They installed it on a new dry-erase frame and I then mounted that on the wall at my business. Fast forward 2 days and I go to erase something and it doesnt erase, AT ALL. Mind you, I was told this vinyl functioned exactly like a dry-erase board, which is the only reason I paid them to make it for me. I called back to SCS and first was told that different color markers react differently, whatever that means. I was obviously not happy with that answer so the salesperson went to talk to her production team and they said well, it is really more of a wet-erase vinyl. They were all too happy to refund my money, which is fine, but what kind of company misrepresents their product and then, instead of finding a solution, just wants to be done with you? Ive used them for wraps before and have always been happy, but not this time. Neither I, nor my company, will be doing business with them again.

Their team works fast, their proofs have been accurate and their design team helpful when looking to tweak something to be more pleasing to the eye. I would not typically log on to leave a less than stellar review but these guys baited me with a request for a one simple answer review. When I clicked their link it brought me here. Review: customer service was prompt. They replied to my initial email within an hour and after that requested details and took care of everything necessary to then have a quote to me within an hour. Five stars for customer service. Their quote was nearly double their competition so I did not use them. I guess, a 5 stars for customer service and maybe one for price informed this review
