Today I went into Beaches Supply House to get one product.The girls were so helpful I left with more products and without the one I went for because there was a better product than the one I was using. I am convinced the help I received from the girls today was the best help and attention I have experienced in a long time at any location I have shopped at. They were attentive, full of great information and very sweet and fun to work with. I will be visiting the store again soon. I look forward to it. The gals that helped me so much were Kristen, Brittany and Kaitlynn.It was busy in there and they still did an amazing job. If I had a store I would want them as employees!!!Thanks girls,Michele Oakland

I and a Barber friend opened a Barber shop in Belgrade Montana 5 years ago it took us one year to get successful because he is one of the best barbers in the valley I am the brains he is the Braun I do everything I do all the advertisement I do the web pages I do the taxes I do work t-shirts I do her business cards I get our customers other than what he gets for himself and I buy everything I hire The Barbers Ive been going into beaches for 5 years .I went in the other day and they asked me for our account name and then asked for my license I said I dont have a license I am the owner they said well were not allowed to sell to you. I said I have been buying here for five years. Well we have new owners and they said you have to have a license to buy I said well thats very bad business when somebodys been shopping here for 5 years and I will never be back! SO my advice is dont go to beaches!! theres CosmoProf they have a better selection and theres also Sally. The both are will to work with there customers.Sincerely bad businessMAX OLD TIME BARBER

I have to give them a star since there is a no star review allowed but they do not deserve a star at all. i am usually not one to write a review however this has been bothering me for a couple of weeks and I have been contemplating on writing this. My daughter and I went in to get a few items. I am one that shops sale items, daughter is not. She is about the product but that is why she is doing what she loves. I found 3 products I was purchasing ONLY because they were on sale. When checking out I decided I was going to grab my daughter some of this product she really wanted but could not afford at the time. Mind you we were In there right about closing time. The girls in there were very nice to us and answered all of our question. I grabbed a gift bag for my daughter and a shampoo and conditioner. I was getting on sale items 2 for $12 and a set on sale for $9.38. So total for me was $21.38. When my balance came up it was $91.52. I was in shock but thought ok they all have plans I will get my receipt and check out why 3 more products would be $70. Paid for my items and left. Ladies were super nice to us and knowledgeable at what they do for sure.Next day I went back in and I was telling the lady at the counter I bought some items that were on sale and I believe I was overcharged. About that time a lady walked out from Im thinking a back office and it was one of the ladies from the night before and she remembered me. I gave her the receipt and none of the items I purchased rang up on sale. So the signs that the 1 litter bottles were 2 for $12, they were all taken down already and one of the gals said the signs were suppose to be for the smaller bottles. Well the signs that were hanging there last night when I checked out. And the $9.38 sign, it was still up right in front of the exact shampoo I had bought. So the manager/owner/boss,I am not sure of her title honestly,said that she could not honor the $9.38 sale that the sign is for the empty spot right next to the spot where the sign is hanging with product right behind the sign. Then for the liter bottles, the signs were made and hung wrong. I can give them to you for 2 for $22 but I cant do 2 for $12. I explained the only reason I bought them in the first place was because of the sale. In the world I live in you honor your employees error and give the customer the product at the price that was posted on the sign hand made by your employees. But she refused to honor the signs and said she just couldnt do it. But she can do 2 for $22 which is a $10 difference. I would much rather return them and get my money back if you wont honor the sale signs. This was my first time in to this store and I wont be back and neither will my daughter. Customer Service is a must especially in this industry. I ended up not taking the product back only because I did not want to go back there and I never will. Not because I dont give second chances but we are talking almost $50 difference. The way my situation was handled was very unprofessional and a little argumentative which was uncalled for. I will not be back to Beaches Supply Store again especially since this was my first time there to begin with and the experience ended this poorly for us. I will not waste my time again on a store with poor customer service.

I love buying my professional beauty supplies from Beaches. Staff is very friendly and always greets me as I walk in the door.
