The crew was on time and professional. They installed a new water softener for us in just a few hours. I had nothing to clean, up which says a lot in my book. Any questions I had were answered clearly and concisely and I could tell that the gentlemen enjoyed their work. I would highly recommend Pure Water Technology without reservation. In fact, my neighbors came by while the work was being done and I believe they will be having Pure Water doing an install for them.

Pure Water Technologies is a quality operation. I just had a softener and RO system installed at my house (we are on well water, so the water is *very* hard), and PWT was a pleasure to work with. Their quotes and install dates were exact and they worked with me through the process to make sure I was getting the exact results I was looking for. Jason and Seth also answered my endless questions about the system and were professional through the process.

I discovered a leak in the crawl space under my house. I called Pure Water as I thought the leak was coming from some pipes on the water softener they installed. Within an hour they sent Seth out. Seth discovered that the leak was on the hot water line to the washer, not part of their instal. Seth discussed how the repair could be done as it was in a tricky place. While he was there he checked the operating panel for proper time settings and tested the water. I am very happy with the quick response( I told them is was just a slow drip) and with Seth cordial work.

It took 3 tries to finally have someone come replace our filters. The scheduling person was not returning my requests. The price for filter replacement seemed exorbitant at &350.00. And I’m sorry to have to say this, but having someone say « hey » when I call feels like I’m talking to a pre-teen rather than a professional company.

Pure Water has performed excellent service for the Community Food Co-op for over 20 years. We have 3 RO systems, 4 soft water systems and countless filters on random equipment and sinks at our 3 locations. Their customer service is spot on and I never have to wait long for a repair. We are currently building a 42,000 square foot facility and I didnt hesitate to have Pure Water design a new system for us. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality equipment and clean drinking water. Oh... and Brian the owner knows everything there is to know about water, total dissolved solids, contaminants and much much more!! Its impressive!

This company actually knows what they are doing. They dont just sell you a generic water system. They customize a system for your specific water needs. I have had 3 systems in three different houses in the big sky/bozeman area and all three have had different issues. Two of these houses were sold with existing systems that were very expensive, but didnt work at all, nor did these other companies service their own equipment! Pure water was knowledgeable and provides amazing ongoing service.

Worst experience ever...i took over ownership of a business they came in when i wasnt working serviced without asking me and sent a bill to the old owners po box...since i didnt receive the bill they sent it to collections. awesome way to customers

I just want to give snaps to Misty at PWT in Bozeman (Four Corners). I have been getting bottled water here for quite some time and I pay with credit card inside. Misty has always provided friendly and professional service! WTG MISTY! and many thanks!

My only experience with this company is when using thier 24/7 RO water dispenser. They have been a reliable source of clean water for my saltwater aquarium for the last four years. When I do visit during normal business hours, they always quickly fill up my buckets and help load 30+ gallons of RO water into the back of my truck. I would recommend this business to other saltwater enthusiasts.

By far, the worst customer service Ive ever had in Bozeman, with misleading sales tactics, and an owner who trashes his competitors. We were incorrectly billed for an under-warranty service call (it took a 20-min phone call and speaking with the owner to get that charge reversed). The salesman told us the water filters under our sink were better than Culligan or Kinetico because they could be bought at Home Depot, which was false (they later changed their story to we meant the crawlspace filter...sure). And when confronted, the owner told me, well...well, Kinetico and Culligan would charge you hundreds of dollars to check your new system. Little did he know, I had worked with both of those companies in the past, and his claims are false.This is a company desperate for service fees. Hunting for service fees. At $88/hour. And if you catch them, they get defensive and trash their competitors. Maybe that works in NYC or LA - not in Montana. Go with Kinetico or Culligan and save yourself a headache. Even the manufacturers, who sell to Pure Water, were shocked to hear of their actions. That says a lot.

Very poor follow up on service. we bought 5 complete systems from them, show up with no notice to install, dont come for maintenance, ballasts were bad but you have to wait for them to go out before they will replace..oh..they dont replace or call you back. find another option.
