Just more American waxy/chalky chocolate. I ordered some chocolate for Easter. It had started to bloom when it arrived. We had the Bunny last night. I was expecting to melt in my mouth like REAL European chocolate does. This was chalk and waxy, did not melt in my mouth at all. I have afraid to try the egg I bought. $40.00+NEW - Most of my reviews are 4+ Stars. I have worked in professional kitchens and worked with fine chocolates. I know blooming does not affect the taste - most of the time if happens when the choclate is not tempered properly or a change in temp. As for your reply about the Bunny, it should still melt at body temp and we were taking small bites. I do regret saying it was garbage - for that I do apologize.

I came here for tea for the first time today, and it was AMAZING! Best $19 you can spend in the downtown Bozeman area, guaranteed! The tea was fantastic and I refilled my pot 3x while my friend and I sat there and chatted the entire afternoon away. The pastries were AMAZING and delicious. They were so adorable and dainty when we arrived, but by the time I left I felt completely stuffed. That dainty little tray was actually a feast-worthy gorge-fest of deliciousness. We had two macarons, rum cake, a chocolate bouchon, an applecake on puff pastry and a shortbread cookie. The shop was adorable, and peaceful with the perkiest background music and the sunlight slanting in the window and creeping across the room made it picture perfect. Who would expect such high quality chocolates in Montana? There is a similar chocolatier in Jackson, WY. The only bad reviews are related to the price. Ha! You get what you pay for folks. This is not the Hershey Kiss factory. We get a box of these for Christmas from family in Bozeman every year. The best local gift option for discriminating chocolate lovers! Love this place!

The best truffles Ive ever had.My mother has been treating me with boxes of these scrumptious chocolates for years on special occasions. The chocolatiers delight me with their masterful combinations of flavors and aroma. Slow down and take your time to truly enjoy these and appreciate the expertise that went into crafting these chocolates! They use exciting ingredients that guarantee a unique and elevated sensory experience, but keep it balanced with the flavor of the chocolate itself. Happily, the sweetness is also not overkill like so many American sweets.A box of chocolates from here is a perfect gift from Montana. While Im sure they are best fresh, they also travel well--I have only ever eaten them out-of-state and when I lived abroad and received a package from my family.I hope I can visit next time Im in Montana.

I received a box of these chocolates from a friend who visited their store. very delicious and the box contained 2 levels of chocolate candies. I purchased the SAME SIZE box on line as a valentine gift and was VERY disappointed to discover that the $40.00 box of chocolates contained a cardboard second level instead of more candies. No wonder the Net Wt notice on the box is left empty. To be fair, it does note on the web site that there are only 13 pieces, but the size of the box is very misleading. I suggest a smaller box for the smaller amount. Otherwise, very delicious chocolates.Marie

Awesome hot chocolate and chocolates in general. Baked good and gourmet chocolate-based items make this place a must-go for chocolate lovers.A bit on the pricey side, but extremely high quality. It is worthy in my opinion. Try the Mexican style hot chocolate one of those days when you need to step up your mood.

Without a doubt the most wonderfully crafted chocolates around. They are so beautiful to look at it is hard to imagine eating them but once you start you will have trouble stopping. If you have a special vegan in your life they will love you forever if you order them a batch of the vegan truffles. A splurge, but all wonderful chocolate is worth it.

My husband and I forked over $53 for the 26 pc box of chocolates expecting to be blown away. No doubt, the chocolate is high quality and delicious, but many of the flavors are lack luster or nonexistent. The chocolates are tiny and not at all worth the price. It was a one time splurge and will not happen again. BUT.....the hot chocolate is exquisite! We will be back for that!

We received a house gift of a box of these chocolates. Amazing! We savored every one! I shared one with the Head Chef of our local Culinary School. He was also blown away! Good job!

The owners (who are able to bake macarons) were away in France when we began inquiring about an order for my wedding. Their employees consistently told us to email them, and that wed have to wait until they returned. When they finally returned we were denied service and told they hadnt heard from us and could not help. They were all quite rude. Would not recommend.

I totally messed up the order online and had bought some eh-hem Russell Stover chocolates for our 26th anniversary TODAY! Low and behold a package arrived for what I thought was a phone case for my rather large phone. Digging down into the perfect packaging was a ribbon on a box! I thought NO-WAY!! But it was indeed what I had ordered in the middle of the night just a couple days ago!!! Amazing amazing amazing! !! So nice to see this kind of service from a company a couple thousand miles away.
