Asked for assistance either fixing or replacing my jacket and the service rep suggested I use duct tape to repair my jacket. I will never ever purchase another duckworth item! And I will certainly never ever recommend any of their gear either! I live and work in Bozeman, and want nothing more than to love a local brand!! However, with the lack of customer service and the fact they don’t stand behind their gear, I can honestly say I will never buy another duckworth product again. I wouldn’t waste your money!!
