I just spent a week skiing in Outa Ware made to measure Couloir Ski Bibs, and I am very pleased. I ordered Outa Wear Bibs because medium short pants by usual ski wear brands are too long for me. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality, complexity and strength of these winter pants. These are the most comfortable pants that I ever skied in, where everything stays in place, comfortable, and warm whether you are standing tall or in a low ski stance in deep snow.The materials are super heavy duty. The design and construction are very thoughtful. My medium pants are roomy for the layers underneath on my 34 waist. The inseam is exactly correct as ordered. Reinforced areas made of specialized fabric on the knees and inner ankles are perfect, and I have no damage in these areas in spite of some adventures. The design and construction are complicated and thus expensive, but all the details work. Some of the design details are mesh lining, waterproof elastic boot cuffs, nylon straps with metal snaps that prevent zippers from opening accidentally, snaps to adjust roominess around torso, waterproof zipper pockets, full length side zippers, proper high rise to natural waist, high back, shoulder strap yoke that keeps straps on shoulders 100% of time, comfortable elastic waist band on back waist but not front, hanger loop and more. I will be ordering from Outa Ware again.

Andy is quality. I have had a pair of his snow bibs for 14 years. They were a high school graduation present and have been used hard for 8 years and 20xs per year for the rest, I may retire them next season if I cant re-waterproof them. I found a pair of his shorts 9 years ago, and have been wearing out the stains ever since. So if you need more; they are hands down the most comfortable, durable do anything awesome outa wear you ever wore!!

Unbelievably bad experience with the owner- Andy. I approached him after hearing others reviews of his products, and he was short, rude, and crass with me. Upon asking a variety of questions and trying to get information from him, he responded with a 1 line email. I expected more from a manufacturer like this! I do not expect to be ordering from him any time soon, and if you value being respected as a buyer, i suggest you do the same.
