Alex is a terrible sales man. He never showed up when he scheduled to come measure my floors. When he finally did show up, no one was home to help him. He never called to reschedule either. After hanging onto their showroom samples for weeks I took them back. I complained about this gentleman not showing up and he promptly rescheduled and was out to measure in two days. Im STILL WAITING for the estimate about three weeks later. In the meantime, Ive gone to Bridger Mountain Flooring in Belgrade. Their business has came and measured, given me an estimate and installed a partial amount of my job. All to my satisfaction.Skip these guys and go elsewhere. Youll be much happier.

Absolutely the best customer service! Janelle from the four corners location has been helpful from the very beginning of our build. When it comes to design ideas, scheduling service, follow up service, Home Interiors is hands down the place to go! Very competitive and fair prices too.

“Truckers” Beware these ppl expect that after driving several days and hours across country that your going unload there merchandise, Totally ridiculous, receiver doesn’t get paid to get his hands dirty or do heavy lifting so they except the driver to unload Floor loaded merchandise by hand piece by piece….

What a joke! The customer service is awful. A consultant named Alex came over to measure and promised to take care of us. He talked a big game and thats it! We never received any calls back and they completely vanished on us. I made numerous calls and sent emails to check on the status of our project with no response. A one star review is being generous.We decided to take our business elsewhere. I recommend Livingston Home Outfitters. Great service, designs and response time.

Alex has been tremendous help thoughout my clients renovation. Great sales service and communication. Will be recommending them to my future clients.

They frequently have great deals on scratch and dent appliances. Its nice to have somewhere that if you see the product you can walk out with it if you need it that fast.

I would NOT recommend shopping here. My 70-year-old mother bought a fridge from here and the sales person sold her a fridge without requiring dimensions. She asked my mother what year her condo was built and made the assumption that the fridge would fit in order make a quick sale. My mother is now stuck with a $150 delivery charge and when I called to ask if there was any way it could be discounted for our trouble the manager told me it was my mothers fault for not bringing dimensions. The sales person should have required those numbers and counseled my mother better with this purchase. Otherwise, why even go into a store if we cant expect some level of expertise in at least offering a checklist of information before buying? Just buy online.

I would never recommend this place after what Ive just experienced. I ordered tile for a back splash. After seeing a full-size sheet, I decided that Id like another color instead and I was just informed that they DO NOT refund! Are you kidding me? $38/sq.foot, its not even out of the box and they wont refund my money! She said its store policy but nowhere on their website does it say that nor did anyone tell me that. Keep this in mind if you decide to shop there!

I found the prices to be about the same as new with dents and scratches. Probably wont use them in the future.
