BE CAREFUL THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU BY OVER CHARGING YOU. LOOK ONLINE FOR THE PRICE 1ST!!!!!Looked online if they had what I needed and pricing then went. They did have what I needed 2 rims and 1 tire but somehow it came to $160 (with a can of freon) I refused went back to car showed my friend the online pricing and he agreed to go find out why it was double priced but the staff just kept lying to cover them trying to STEAL from me and even though they did offer to charge the right amount after they were caught I couldnt give them my business as Ive been shopping there since they were cofer Brothers yard and never had issues like this and was Soo upset it just wasnt worth it.

Pulled my own parts and paid for parts at checkout, got back to car and looked at reciept, and noticed I had been overcharged and they added a 90 day extended warranty on all the parts. I was also charged an enviromental fee as well as tax, went back and asked for refund and was told that it would cost more if they had to do a return and they said it was because of enviromental fees that I clearly paid as seperate line item,

I’ve been shopping at LKQ for years and I’ve always had a good experience in till now. I had purchased about 15 items from them today and when I went to get rung up for them the total is much higher than I expected I asked for a rundown and he told me some of the higher-priced items but it still didn’t make sense. I paid anyways because there was a long line behind me but after looking at my receipt I see that he charged me for an extended warranty for every item. Without asking me or letting me know. The screen was also broken were the total is so I was not able to see anything and totally relying on him.When I asked for a refund for the 40+ dollars of extended warranty she said the only way she could do it would be to charge me again for the environmental fees which was over $18. So all in all I feel like I was scammed out of about $58 by LKQAdding an extended warranty without permission and not telling someone it’s on there when they ask you should be illegal.

Very friendly staff with a special thanks to Mariah at checkout. Cheerful and very upbeat. Prices are fair with a veterans discount. Vehicles neatly stacked and they tell you where to look for a specific part. Will be back soon.

Just a regular pick your own parts junk yard. things are pretty organized can you can find the car youre looking for, after checking the placement off online. Would be nice to know if a car was already picked over but thats part of the fun.

Its usually a dust bowl or a mud pit. I must of picked a good day.

I’d give zero stars if I could.. I called first thing this morning for a car I unfortunately only had for one day. It was a 2006 Saturn Ion, front bumper damage. 166000 miles, maybe put 50 miles on it before I hydroplaned, runs great. But they treated me like I was not important. I Was told a price and an estimated time (between 11AM -1PM) as I’m only 4 miles away, called around 2:00 was told they pretty much forgot about my car, but someone was on their way. Waited till 3:30 (They close at 5) got put on hold for 10 minutes while she came back to say he’s going to call you now. No... he didn’t call me till 4:25. AFTER I called 15 minutes before and cancelled. Not consistent at all. I went with PULL N GOI didn’t get one email not one phone call from LKQ saying there was a delay or problem. I talked to a different person each time I called. Never again

Always use this place as my first stop. They are friendly. Their inventory is right one the money. If you use their app for the phone. It directs you right to the car your looking for.

Took some runners back that wouldn’t fit my truck with the Receipt the lady there name Jess gave my brother a hard time because only one runner had a mark on it and the other one didn’t. My brother told Jess that’s not my fault your people didn’t mark the other one you can see on the Receipt they where bought together. So Jess gave back the money for one runner. My brother and Jess had a few words. My brother went to leave and Jess shoved my brother while he’s s back was turned. NO employee should ever put there hands on a customer that’s BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called the corporate office asked to speak with the regional manager and the store manager of course I haven’t heard a word back after leaving my name and phone number for both of them.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We get the car on the scale, my husband walks over to receive no service for at least 3 minutes. As someone was looking at him. They then proceeded to tell him that I have to help him push the car off the scale. Well, I’m taking care of our 6 month old in the car, why can’t the employees help. “Oh well we’re closed and all the men aren’t here.” Excuse me the website says you close at 6. “That’s a corporate thing.” Multiple customers came after we arrived. Don’t you think it’s easier to call your corporate and change your hours over just repeating yourself over and over... or maybe your supposed to be closed at 6 because that’s when corporate wants you closed, but you want to continue to be lazy and leave early as well. I’m sure still getting paid for the hour. Mind you, there was still people out in the yard picking parts..... so clearly you’re not leaving.So, after not telling me where to push this car, I walk over to ask what’s going on, since this is my first time here, and they haven’t explained anything. I knock on the window, with the woman’s back to me. She completely ignored me. Literally. So I knocked again, annoyingly because you know I’m here still, and you heard the knock..... but chose to ignore me. And then look at me like IM the rude one. Don’t waste your time here.**** Not worth it. *****And hopefully corporate fixes whatever is going on with this establishment. Because they will lose a lot of money with these employees!

Great yard. Friendly staff. 2nd visit and it was just as smooth as the first. Having the ability to check stock of vehicles and arrival dates has been great. Helps you be first to those hard to obtain parts. Also the yard alerts from their app and website keep you in the know for new arrivals.

Quick, fast, clean, well organized. Very fair prices and friendly. It was good to see they were closed for Thanksgiving, so their staff could enjoy the holiday. They earned my support of their business!

Horrible customer service. The woman is rude and unhelpful. We never received a receipt for a fuel pump. It didnt fit so we brought it back. People denied recognizing us, their blue paint was still on the part that they mark when you leave with it. They said they would have to review cameras to possibly give us a refund. The part was on $28 dollars and they made such a big deal over not being able to scan a receipt that we never got. They are cheap, liars, and scam artists. Most unhelpful and rude customer service Ive received especially over something so small. Highly recommend looking at other places to get parts.

Best customer service out of all the LKQs around Tampa Bay. They are all friendly, courteous and super helpful.

Very small yard, and very dated. I wouldve given a better rating if the yard played by corporate rules and didnt make up their own. They decide when they want to close on weekends. While the website says final entrance hours are at 4:30pm Saturdays and sundays. I know this because I attempted to go there one Saturday a few minutes after 4pm and the gate was closed already and I wasnt allowed in. I think corporate should know about this and enforce their policies on locations like this.

Don’t let them come and pick up and quote! They don’t honor they’re quote! It’s a rip off! Took $90 off the quote because of no battery or catalytic converter but they never said it had to have those things! Only if it had undisclosed damage! Then when you have them tow it in, they know you won’t have towed out! A true scam! SELLER BEWARE!

I sold them a car and they quoted me $260 over the phone. When I went to collect, they told me it was $230. When I said no you told me $260 over the phone they showed me their computer and the quote which said to $230. So what could I say? Like they cant just change what their computer shows. Bait & switch?

Called to have car picked up, lady was rude but I ignored it. I called at 12. She said she could have someone pick it up between then and 6pm. That they would call an hour before pickup. Well its now 6 and no ones called or picked Up the car.I was also pretty concerned with the idea of giving them the car and title and then I would have to drive for my payment to the junk yard and they could change their quote once they saw the car.Ill take my chances somewhere else.

Terrible waste of time for me. They dont know what they have or where anything is. They dont mind sending you out searching all over the yard for whats not even there.

Awful. I called at 8:30 am, was quoted a good price for my old car. Told they would pick up between 9 and 4:30. 4:15 rolls around and no call. I called and was told the real time was between 9 and 6. Told to wait until 5:30 and guaranteed I would be called. 5:40 arrives, no call. I called a third time and spoke to a third person, who told me to sit tight. NEVER HEARD BACK. This company is obviously full of lies, not local, and doesnt care. Sell your car elsewhere.

Showed up to the junkyard to junk a car. Employee was extremely rude questioning me about dropping off a car to be junked? What?!? Had to reassess the situation to make sure LKQ accepted junk cars just by her response back to me. Everybody that worked there was extremely rude just completely ignoring me and turning customers away 30 minutes before closing because they wanted to go home. Definitely going somewhere else next time.

Employees are extremely rude and uncourteous !!! Surprised most still have jobs !!! I see most people have had the same experience. As far as salvage yards its probably the best around here unless you want to drive an hour or more. I guess they feel they can treat customers like trash. The few good reviews must be from employees !!!

They have a top notch inventory and pricing system. I knew where to get the part I needed and the price I would pay before I even got to the yard. Saved about $250 off retail on a Bose amp.

I called they said they had the particular stock steel rims I was looking for. When I got there I didnt know I was going to have to pay to walk the yard and it was not refundable if I didnt find the part. Well after a lot of looking for a car they said was there -----it was not. I asked what happened between them telling me on the phone they had the part to now them saying there is no way for them to know what is in the yard. They are scamming for entrance fees in a poorly stocked salvage yard. Sad at best. Avoid these misfit clowns. IMHO

Not all that happy after visiting today. I enjoy this yard and about 90 % of the employees are helpful and knowledgeable, but the younger man that handles the cash out needs to be properly educated. I go to this yard 2 times a week at least, and today went to pick up a set of plastic casing NON HID headlights. Identical to another set I bought earlier in the week. Once I get here he proceeds to ring me up for a set of hid headlights. Upon me asking why, he goes into detail that since there is only one plug in the headlight, that they must the ballast and that they are therefore hid. He then proceeded to try and show a younger female employee that she needs to watch for things like this. Now I dont know if he genuinely didnt know or was just trying to teach a lesson, but I find it truly aggravating that I ended up paying 35$ more then necessary just because the employee has no idea what he is looking at. Other then that the rest of the time the yard is great and the other employees are fantastic, but this experience definitely has me debating on going back.

This place is a joke. I went here to get a tail light cover for my truck. Theres a $3 entry fee and they assured me that they had the part there and you get it yourself. When I finally found the truck the part was on it was cracked and held in by zip ties. Refuse to give me my $3 back and they wouldnt take anything less then $35 for it. For $38 I can buy it brand new online. New price for broken parts.👌

Add $3 to enter, maybe the donor car hasnt been picked clean maybe! Entry is non-refundable fee .Why pay, when you can purchase clean new parts from eBay or other sources, ( true aftermarket, some cases OEM ), delivered to your front door ! For less or slightly more.Why bother with LKQ over priced used OEM parts you have to pull yourself.Plus the nasty old man whose disdain for non Spanish dialect speaking people is just plain WRONG !Do yourself a favor and use this place only as a last resort.

Don’t trust this place! My husband received a quote on the phone and they scammed him by saying the quote would be $90 less for no battery and no catalytic converter, after they towed in the truck! On the phone they said the quote could be less for undisclosed damages. And when you have them tow it in they know your at their mercy and you can’t say no because they towed it in! SCAM!

Better off going to A&A. Never picked up my car even after they had an 8 hr window. Unprofessional, I left my car with the expectations that they were going to pick it up when they said they were. And there excuse was there tow truck broke down. How ironic they told me that a couple months ago when I scrapped another car. Pathetic

LKQ is great for anyone on a tight budget. It is really annoying though, that they charge $3 to get in, so whatever you are buying even if it is a $5 part, the price is effectively increased by $3

I just want to say WOW WOW WOW. The new management is freaking awesome. I have been coming here for years and the previous management was very rude and didnt respect the customers. It is a pleasure to go there now. They are not only very professional but also know what they are doing. From what I here the old crew went to another location in Tampa. I feel bad for those customers that have to deal with them at that location.

Terrible customer service the employees were rude, held me up in line, questioned me before even entering the complex and refused to offer military discount after showing proof. All I wanted was a headlight and instead I get treated Like a thieve and criminal.

The people that work at the LKQ in Bradenton are so rude I drive to St Pete rather than dealing with these guys. And i live in Bradenton. There is also another good please in St Pete called three Brothers i think.

First, they charged an entrance fee which is ridiculous . What do you think you are, a theme park? Shouldve known to avoid this place at that. The most ridiculous part is that they couldnt even guarantee they had the part. I was like is there any way I could check and than come back, and of course that was a no.Secondly, they were way over priced on the parts. They wanted $30 for a window regulator and motor. The same part would have costed me $10 at a different UPullit. There was no cost advantage to going here vs a junk yard where they would have pulled the parts.Thirdly, they wanted a core charge.... A core charge!!! Unbelievable.There is no way Ill ever be going back to LKQ for parts. Way overpriced. The only reason they get a star is because it was organized.

By far the worst experience I have ever had. I have been waiting for them to pick up my vehicle for over a week already. Everytime I call I get the run around and attitude from their customer service reps.i live in Bradenton Florida and would never ever recommend this company to my worst of enemies. To add injury to insult they call me to not inform me that my vehicle will be picked up but to tell me they over quoted me and are now giving me less. I hope that the owner of this company reads this and takes account of the horrible job his/her company is doing.
