Staff is not knowledgeable, but its not surprising with the revolving door of employees. Also, they now charge for bags right after their prices skyrocketed.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!! I’ve been a frequent flyer at this location for years and the old manager was always unhelpful but recently the new manager Angelica and her staff have really changed it in there. Kudos to her!! Wonderful store, will continue to shop there.

Not a bad place. They offer a good selection of hair dye, hair care products, nail polish/acrylic/gel, and cosmetics. Staff are usually pretty open to questions and the prices arent bad, especially when you have a membership with them (discounts). They also send coupons in the mail!

Here at 2pm Monday 6/1/2020 and they are not open. Despite the sign saying covid hours are 10-6 . They should be open.

The male employee there is so rude, pushy and would not stop talking. Doesnt know what hes his products. Kept saying different things and confusing me. Not helpful at all. Or even relevant. He also kept trying to push a conditioner packet on me after I told him multiple times I didnt want it. And worse, he was very, obviously high. Kept rambling, glassy red eyes and looked tired. I dont want to shop somewhere that allows drug addicts to man their stores.

This people are great...they help you find anything and always welcome you as you enter the store. This place has been here a long time which proves they know customer service...other shops close up when they forget to take care of customers.
