Came to google reviews to find a great local bike shop and was not disappointed. The reviews left matched my experience exactly. Prompt, friendly, honest and affordable. I know nothing about bikes but wanted to get my husbands bike tuned up before we put a kid trailer on the back of it - these guys could have charged me an arm and a leg for additional items I “needed” but they did not. They were honest, did a quick and cheap $60 dollar tune up (had the bike for 2 days) and I was on my way.Service with a smile! I’ll definitely be back.

Brought a flat tire to fixed, it was ready in about an hour. When I paid I mentioned I hadnt removed it and the sales person was very helpful by showing me how to open the brake and reinstalling the tire. I really appreciated his help. Thank you again.

I brought my Giant bike in to have the front disc brakes inspected after hearing a noise, and asked Ryder to do any tuneups needed.They said we will page you when it’s ready, probably tomorrow.I walked over to a few stores in the same plaza and within an hour I got a text the bike was done.They adjusted the brakes and said no other needed tuneup adjustments or repairs were needed.Whenever I brought my bike to shops in NY state, it was always one flat rate of about $100 or more for tuneups. Not at Ryder. They just charged me the minuscule labor it took for the brake adjustment.I highly, highly, highly recommend them for purchases and repairs.

Wow! What a great bike shop! The customer service, maintenance team, and sales reps are very knowledgeable and friendly. They dont try to upsell you on anything you dont need. The maintenance guys were really fast and made accurate adjustments. Also, the store has a wide variety of cycling items for all kinds of riding. I highly recommend this shop.

Got a rear flat on my first ride in Sarasota at Nathan Benderson Park. Ryder Bikes did a great job fixing it and they had the smaller tire in stock as my spares were in my POD on their way south.I own an ElliptiGO so a little more challenging to put the rear wheel back on and have all the gears working properly.

Service is friendly and HONESTEach visit they teach me, and caution me about safer uses. Great folks. Have been going to Fyder for about five years.

I have dealt with this company for over 17 years. Their excellent on sales and service. Like all bike stores now, they are extremely busy. They cannot drop everything for just one person. However, they will not sell you something just for the sake of a sale and when they do service for you, it will be done right.

Helpful in finding the bike, equipment and upgrades you need. If the specific tech doesnt know the answer, there is someone else that they make sure can help you. Many techs have years of experience and insight, and I appreciate that they will share it too!They can be busy for repairs so its important to make an appointment so you dont have to leave your bike for a week.

Fantastic service; these guys stand behind their product 100%. I bought a Giant Propel 2019 and could not be happier with the bike, a great ride. I had a warranty issue with a slight buckle in the back wheel after a year. Paul (Ryder Bikes) was on it right away; I had a replacement wheel within weeks. He also checked the bike over while it was there without asking, excellent post purchase service. I was looking for a bracket for a front light to fit on aero bars, both men working the store knew exactly what I was after and went out of there way to try find it for me. These guys are knowledgeable, in all aspects of the bike business. I would highly recommend buying a bike from Ryder Bikes, knowing the post service is genuine and friendly.

My daughter purchased a bike and accessories here in September. The basket has broken already and they will not honor a replacement telling me it was her fault even though the basket was poorly designed with thin metal. I paid more and purchased here rather than a big box store expecting a quality product from a reputable business who stands behind what they sell. Disappointed. UPDATE - the thin metal holding the fender in place has now snapped off. Very poor quality. Keep in mind, this is a young girls bike who rides around the neighborhood, not a boy roughhousing with it! For such an expensive bike, I expected a little more quality. And no, I wont be going back to Ryder Bikes. Ive contacted the manufacturer directly.

Went to get new bike seats put on since we didn’t have the proper tools. We were told we could stop in & they would work us in for service, as soon as possible. Zac came right out & started working on our bikes, outside in the front of the store. We were so impressed how he was so attentive and fixed our bikes immediately. Great customer service!

My reasoning for stepping in was for a ball bearing. Ended up bringing a few extras home. Was most pleased with the experience. It felt eventful to say the least. Communication was above and beyond. It wont be my only visit. Thank you!

I know all the bike shops have been going crazy since this pandemic started. Some of the shops are almost too busy to talk to you unless you have already ordered a bike. A few days ago, I got lucky at Ryder. With Zekes help, I managed to get a Rove 2 that they just got in stock. He is a young guy but very enthusiastic about biking. He didnt rush, didnt push, just explained things, made some pointers and recommendations. I liked his positive vibe about biking and it made me look forward to riding again 😀. After testing out my new bike for a few days, I think I have to go back for some adjustment but I am very happy with my xmas present!Big thanks to Zeke at Ryder Bikes.

Love this store, their customer service, and their work....but.... They just partnered with Synchrony and I have had the WORST experience. They need to cancel doing business with this company because it is going hurt their loyal customers overall experience.Synchrony has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH!!!! DO NOT USE THEM NO MATTER WHAT!I hated using them so much that I didnt take advantage of the 6 months no interest and just paid it in full. Then when I try to cancel the account they keep saying they will send a paper confirmation which never comes and when I call my account is still open. This is screwing my credit and I need it CLOSED! They wont send an email confirmation of my account being cancelled and instead say youll get a paper copy in 14 days which never comes. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.Ruben the extremely rude supervisor with the code 1850 was beyond rude and blunt as well. Still they could not confirm a confirmation via email or over the phone and state I will receive something in the mail. THIS IS A JOKE.I am sorry to write this review here, but I am not sure what else to do at this point and its just been an absolute headache with this financial company since day one.

They went above and beyond for my warranty work. All of the staff is super nice! My only gripe is that when I received my bike back, my back brake is rubbing the back wheel non stop. I wish this was caught before returning the bike. Overall, I highly recommend them. Blame could easily be on me for not checking the bike before leaving.

My mom dropped my son’s new to him bike off to get the tubing replaced. This bike was/is his Christmas present. My mom checked in multiple times to ensure that she would have it for Christmas and she was told to not worry and that they would text her. They closed early on Christmas Eve and never texted my mom to pick up the bike (again, my 6 year olds Christmas present). Upon reading messages on Facebook, they said no one was willing or able to go back to the shop so we could quickly pick up the bike.This is awful customer service + terrible communication at best. We are very, very disappointed.

Ryder has been my absolute “go to” for bike repairs and purchases. I recently had Ryder install new SPD peddles and they stripped out my crank set. Ryder replaced the crank set at no charge to me. They stand by there products and service. They have more than earned my trust and business...make them your “go to”

Honestly quite embarrassing to be a bike store and have literally no bicycles in stock. The managers running this store should feel shameful to not have a proper selection for patrons. They only received a two star from me because they at least had a tube in stock but, other than that this store is significantly below average or acceptable.

They replaced damaged tub in 1 minuteCharge only for the tub. Very professional people!! A few your customers complain they bought damaged tub. During the installation the bike owners damaged the tub like I did today. Don’t blame the store when you are lazy mechanic!

Visited their store to have a repair done to one of my bikes. A young man came up, however, he was not wearing a face mask. I asked him to go and get one, and he replied he would get someone else to help me. An older gentleman then came up and he too did not have a face mask... I asked him if he could put one on, his reply was, We choose not to wear them. My reply to him was that I chose not to do business with them. I shall not do business with them in the future.

Wow, wonderful customer service. I needed a new bike tire. I called to be sure they had one in stock and they said I could bring it in the following day at 10am and pick up around 1pm. I stopped in at 10, they offered me a cup of coffee, put the tire on, and I was out the door - warm coffee still in hand! Very polite, accommodating, and efficient!

Matt was super friendly and got my 27.5 mountain bike back on the road within a day, I had three broken spokes and he had recommended that I get a new rim, but told him I just wanted to ride. Thanks for fixing it, I should have listened to ya...I have another broken spoke 😂😂 all good, thanks for the fast and friendly work, you guys are the best!

I stopped in today to find a pair of shoes for cycling and the staff was so helpful! They hooked me up with some advice on what might work best for me, great shoes, and put the cleats on for me in just a few minutes. The selection of accessories and bikes was nice and the service was top notch. I recommend it highly!

No bikes in stock and they sold me a bad tube. Literally went flat within 3 days of replacing it. I will never be returning to this store ever and I honestly hope their business goes under for this kind of non sense.

I brought my bike in for a tune-up and new handlebars. I was informed it would be ready in 10 days. Two weeks later I called to see what the hold-up was, and I was politely informed the bike wasnt ready, but I would be called when it was ready. A few days later I went to pick up my still unfixed bike and was politely and apologetically informed it was next in line and would be ready the next day. Two days later I picked up my bike in the same condition I had brought it in 3 weeks earlier.These folks are nice and knowledgeable, but absolutely unreliable. I recommend having your bike serviced anywhere but here.

Our family has purchased 2 road bikes and 1 triathlon bike from this store, and each experience has been awesome. They really do treat their customers with excellent customer service. When youre dropping some serious money on a bike, its nice to see they really care about making sure its not only working at 100%, but that its also clean, and youre completely satisfied.

I like this place. I wouldnt say cheap but I can afford most stuff. Go to Amazon if you need cheapo stuff.

I just had a few questions via phone.... the employee took his time to answer all of my questions about tow behind baby carriers for my 29er mountain bike. He helped me determine the type of rear hub I have and even explained how to install them. To my suprise at no time during the phone call did he try to sell me anything. His passion about bikes was clearly the drive behind his effort. Im not sure who I spoke with but you guys have my respect =)

Purchased helmet for sons birthday when I gave it to him a few months after purchase I realized it did not have mips system. Went to return it NIB with receipt to buy more expensive helmet. They said No it was on clearance when I bought it. They obviously do not have safety of thier customers in mind. Stay away many other local shops to support. very poor customer service

Purchased a Giant FastRoad SL3 to replace a Cannondale SuperSix that I never rode due to comfort and riding preferences. The store was very honest with me about trading in and encouraged me to sell outright online for a higher price than they could offer, but took the time to show me a few replacement options once I was ready to purchase. I returned 2 days later to purchase and a staff member spent ample time listening while suggesting a combination of cycle models and accessory products that ultimately provided exactly what I was looking for. I put 15 miles on once set up and couldnt be happier. Great shop, great staff & great experience. Thanks.

These guys are awesome! I was on the way home when I busted my back inner tube on the rough road. After panicking at my sudden loss of transportation, I walked my bike a block over to the store to see what time they closed. It was 5:05pm on a Sunday and they had closed a few minutes ago. Luckily, there was someone inside and they saw me and let me in.They fixed my bike in a few minutes and even put some air in the front tire while giving me a few tips for the upkeeping of my bicycle.
