The Publix at Lorraine and SR70 has improved my respect for Publix. The employees were most helpful. The products are positioned well.I went there for a specialty product, Dried Cantaloupe, which none of the other Publix stores seem to carry. They also have a fresh baked, in store, bread, which I cant find in other Publixs.

Always clean and organized, the staff is friendly and very customer oriented happy to answer any questions you may have.

The produce is hit or miss. Sometimes its amazing.. sometimes its sad and there are fruit flies

Customer service here was A+. Everyone O encountered was very nice and helpful. Store was clean and well stocked. I had a very pleasant experience.

Got my free Birthday ice cream as a gift from the Publix app! Easiest (and least expensive) trip to Publix... ever! Enjoying the Publix app helping me locate items in the store, and the Birthday perk was a nice bonus.

Awesome looking inside have a bistro eating section, bakery case was so delicious looking with a great variety of cakes . Very clean store well kept. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Stopped by on the way to Tampa and this relatively new Publix and grabbed a sub from the deli and a few other things. Susan at the deli was such a gem. Best deli person I ever encountered at any Publix. Alex the cashier and Josh the bag boy were also super friendly as well. Great store overall.

Purchased Pork Chops in store, when I got home the Pork was rotten. Today I decided to receive home delivery through Insta Cart, and ordered Pork Neck Bones. I could smell the rotten meat from the paper bag it was packed in. Called Publix ASAP and requested to speak to a Manager but wasn’t transferred and was asked what the problem was. I explained the situation, and was told I could come in for a refund. The refund is fine, but I’m more concerned that somebody is going to eat this rotten meat and get really sick. I really do hope after my phone call they check their meat and this issue isn’t dismissed.

The service was excellent but chicken tenders were not so tender...

For a grocery store this place is far out felt more like a fancy restaurant then a grocery store. Salad bar sushi bar hot bar sub bar and elegant seating all in a grocery store. Just amazing and the food was great.

Not a year old yet, but, so far, looks like a five-star Publix! Check out the deli. Its got a big salad bar/hot & cold bar. Theres a separate olive bar, too, and an enormous sandwich-making station. Theres even a customer lounge upstairs, so you can buy something and eat it there instead of taking it with you. Elsewhere, the store has designed-in, rather than added-on, facilities to support pickup and delivery services. And it has a self-checkout area that would make a Walmart jealous. Maybe a store like this really could make Publixs motto true.

I love publix, Ive gotten use to prices, they have some interesting BOGOs.... all are clean, employees friendly and have been serving the community throughout the pandemenic,so (thank you for being opened and serving us!)... all publix are not set up a like so you may have to walk around to find your items, or ask a friendly employee and they will find it for you....amazing...

New, clean facility. But big flies crawling on bread at the sandwich making counter spoiled the experience... There needs to be some fix to this.

Genuinely, I mean genuinely the worst Publix I have ever been to for three big reasons. First, they have a huge section of automated registers and they often only have one human cashier working. When it is slammed, which it has been the past four times I went, you have to wait 5 minutes for an automated one and if you have a lot of groceries it takes forever. They are just trying to save money on people, but it is making the shopping experience way longer and more aggravating. The second problem is that they have very unfriendly staff working at the deli. Two past times I went they were very rude and they were even talking bad about the previous customer right in front of me. The final problem with this store is they do not enforce mask wearing. Half of the customers do not wear masks. I thought Publix mandated masks?????? Clearly not at this location. SHOPPING IS NOT A PLEASURE AT THIS LOCATION!

Recently visited the bakery for a personalized decorated cake and was helped by Danica that customized our cake to perfection for a good surprise.

I was in the store on Sunday with my mother, looking for a Chick-Fil-A gift card in the gift card section. It appeared they were out, and I said to my mom something along the lines of bummer, there arent any Chick-Fil-A cards. The assistant store manager, Brad, heard my comment from quite a ways away, came over, and said he believed they had some more. He went above and beyond in finding the last three cards for me, of which I bought two. Its the little things like this that make me appreciate the customer service Publix always provides! Thank you again, Brad!

Love the store, friendly and helpful employees. Need to be a little more diligent with mask enforcement. Covid-19 is a real thing and I believe a lot of us are tired of rude and selfish people shopping without a mask.

Staff is always friendly and they have a great bakery

This is the closest Publix to me so I was excited for them to open. I would rather drive an extra 5 minutes to go to a different one though. It’s nice because it’s new but there’s so many flaws. Someone mentioned the deli being ridiculously long wait, TRUE. And it’s such an awkward set up that doesn’t leave much space for people to wait and not be blocking people who need to get by. The bread is also ALL THE WAY on the other side of the store away from the deli? There’s been multiple things out of stock. And twice now I have had to wait for rotisserie chicken to be out and for chicken noodle soup to be out (both 15 minute waits) Some employees were a little be awkward as well, always nice but overly attentive/robot like.

2 stars for the Deli, specifically. It doesn’t matter what time of day or day of the week—plan to spend most of your time here even for 1 item. The staff are pleasant enough, but very slow. There are usually 3-4 people covering deli/subs, but there doesn’t seem to be good communication amongst staff when help is needed at the deli and no one is in line for a sub. Also, Publix’s own mask policy is not being enforced at this location.

Still a new store. I went during the day on a Tuesday and there were only a few other people. Meat selection was ok but I was hoping it has a little more options. Layout is like most others so it makes sense.

Had the items needed good service

This is a new store and for the most part pretty good, with a few exceptions. The Produce area has been very dissapointing in that its not always well stocked and the produce has not been the freshest, or out of stock. The bananas are always very yellow, making me reluctant to buy them here. They never seem to have green bananas so I go elsewhere for them. The Dairy section is also lacking in inventory. Twice now Ive asked for milk when the shelf was empty and an employee was kind enough to check in the back and came out with a case of milk. Just wondering why it was in the back and not on the shelf? Anyway, lastly, the Bakery has less choices than nearby Publix bakeries. Not much to choose from in the way of bagles at all, when other stores have a wide variety? The staff is friendly, for the most part, which is a plus.

Excellent, olafactory sense were smiling if possible,the aroma as You walk through the door is phenomenal it makes you want to go find a table and put your order in. The people customer service is beyond excellent, as usual my experience with Publix as compared to other stores was superb.

Go to another publix if you plan on doing online ordering. I ordered 2 subs online and the subs were not ready when i got there. In fact im still waiting over 40 minutes later, wouldve left if i had not already paid for the sandwhichs. Just wait in line; beautiful store.. not very efficient or well run deli. If you anticipate to be busy that should be reflected in the time that the email said itd be done. Other stores have no problems with representing accurate times for pickup regardless of how busy. Who knows how long Ill be here.
