Great selection of everything including produce. Great staff, friendly and reliable. The pharmacy is the only department that could use a course in positive customer service treatment. That is the ONLY reason why I couldnt give them a 5☆ star rating.

Great selection of of quality meats From meat department love the stuffed flank steak with provolone and spinach and great chicken Cordon Bleu wrapped in bacon. Best pub subs just make sure that you order online so you dont have to wait in line plus there is a larger variety on the Publix app

I like how big this Publix is. Usually have everything we want. We have also had great experiences with every department. We like getting fish cooked, or a special cake for a event.

Such a great experience! Olivia and Violet were so helpful and sweet! The whole staff was smiling and helpful as well. I walked in and was automatically greeted by 3 people. The Deli people werent as friendly, but the food was great! They practiced safe covid procedures as in wearing masks and social distancing. They had people constantly wiping down carts and the people stocking were doing great, they looked up and down the isles and made sure everything looked nice. What a great team and welcoming hospitality!

Stopped by the Publix Deli today for a few items. Felt the need to mention a superstar employee, Kaela. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and generously helpful, she was also juggling training a new employee simultaneously. I come from a management/ customer service background and I know a star employee when I see one. Thank you to Publix and Kaela for all your help and making my experience memorable.

Overall a great Publix location, but sadly the Deli staff need to be retrained in customer service. They seem totally clueless you acknowledge all customers when they arrive. Such as hello, a bit busy but will help you in a few minutes.

We love Publix! We ordered a cake for my 5yr old birthday from the Lockwood location. Somehow my cake order was missed place. Luckily I ordered it the day before I needed it but it wasn’t ready. They made up for it but having it ready and delivered to my daughters school the next day. It all worked out and it was beautiful. It was so excited for her mermaid cupcake cake. Thank you!

Just realized the Publix next to my house is now installing self-serve check outs. kind of funny how they boast about customer service and now theyre going to make us ring up our own groceries. starting to look a lot like Walmart. Publix prices are already pretty high but you shop there because of the good customer service now that theyre going to be pushing people to ring up their groceries doubt Ill be shopping there as much I spend upwards of $1,000 a month on groceries and will definitely be finding another alternative to getting those groceries. Not a smart move Publix.

Great Publix and so very close to home. Even though it’s not as large as some of the other Publix, I still shop here the most. I like their Deli and love their Chili. I like to buy the Italian loaf bread that they bake themselves mmm it is so good! They will even custom cut steaks for you in the meat department.

Publix always does a great job with its overall operations...However, they could take a lesson from Winn Dixie with regard to their meat quality.

Publix has some products which I cant find in any other grocery store. Their variety keeps me coming back. Thanx Publix!

I get lunch here frequently. 2 different times I have asked for a chicken breast meal, but received thighs instead. Some workers need more training. They are friendly. The store is clean.

Very clean I felt like they may have been understaffed in the deli because he was busy on the floor and I didnt want to disturb him to make the sub,so I bought one premade and it was not very good and the bread was stale.Other than that it was good.

Crystal on the deli makes great subs! Ive gotten many subs and chicken from many different Publix stores and this one has some of the best deli people and products! We get great service from every employee weve encountered at this Publix, always polite and helpful. Live closer to another Publix but prefer this one because of the people and it carries more of the products Im looking for.

Nice clean Publix. Stays busy after work hours and on weekends. Early mornings is probably best time to quickly get in and out.

I really enjoyed shopping here today. I was able to park my big truck around back with no problems. The hot deli food was very good. The workers were nice and friendly. I was angry when I arrived because of all the traffic on 75. When I left I was in a good mood because of the great customer service.

This little game is a blast for any type of gathering! The laughes get out of control as each persons reflex to tasting wierd, smelly or just plain ranchy explosions from one tiny jelly-bean is just plain funny! In most taste games we tried like this, this one has a hard coating, then a tiny sweet lining and BOOM the smell/taste hits the taste buds in a huge explosion! There is no smelling the jelly-bean to try and pick a regular tasteing one or a stinky one! This product is better than all the online ones weve tried so far! A++ product from a grocery store for sure! Makes a great gift too!

This Publix is closet to my home. I always have issues at this location. Deli Never enough staff to make subs, cut meats and pack up hot food. Last time I was in here waited 22 minutes for a sub. Now you have to wait for phone in orders before they wait on you. If you are going to offer all the great conveniences please staff for it! Bakery Department where to begin They no longer can write on cakes in the evening no one there to do it. Great gentleman working there in the evening but took my order and when I picked up the cakes items were wrong. I called in to order cakes was on hold for 13 minutes. No other Publix is this bad I am now shopping at the one on Tuttle and University. I have told all my friends about my experiences here at this location.

I am a truck driver who stopped for lunch. And went to the deli thinking I was gonna get good service but instead the manager lady made me feel like I was wrong for asking for what I wanted. I stop at publix alot and never had a issue like this today.. just amazing.. Shopping was not a pleasure today!
