RUDE! I’ve been in that store many times. I called for a recommendation for a wallpaper hanger and was told they only help THEIR customers. Well, I used to be a customer but NEVER again! Be nice people! Geez

Visited because I wanted to hire one of their wallpaper installers and was not so gently informed that if I didnt buy it from them they wouldnt install it. When I asked if they could recommend someone else I was again told wont give you a name if you didnt buy from us. Bradenton - The Friendly City. Best customer service experience I have had in a small business EVER. Even though she knew what I was looking for was going to be something she wasnt able to provide, she still was patient and gave me a GREAT head start as to finally figuring out what I wanted to do with my outdated bathroom.. FORGET AMAZON OR ONLINE SITES.. DONT GO TO BIG BOX STORES... COME HERE AND I PROMISE YOU WONT BE LET DOWN!!!

I don’t think I have been in a store in 10 years where someone was so kind and helpful. Reeny went out of her way to help us and made it the most pleasant retail experience I have had in a decade. If I could give 10 starts I would.

I had a very small wall to paper but could not buy a single roll. I had to purchase a double roll which was much more than I needed. When I took it home I opened it and unrolled a small portion of it to hold against the wall I realized that it wasn’t going to work for that space. I tried to return it but was told they couldn’t take it back because it was opened. I was very surprised that a specialty store had no way of re-wrapping the roll. It was in perfect condition. I cannot be the only person to not like a certain wallpaper after seeing a larger piece of it. Anyway, be very sure that you like what you choose because you will be stuck with it.

Wallpaper Warehouse has been an excellent source for us for wall covering and window treatments for years. They have a fantastic selections and always give great design advise. Reeny, her staff, and installers have always been very helpful and professional.
