Everytime i go there the person at the register doesnt even acknowledge me. They are too busy talking to other employees. The customer service is bad. Other than that its relatively clean and has everything you need.

Unfriendly staff and ridiculously long lines for a convenience store

Such an unfriendly staff no matter how nice you are to them. Theyre own conversations seem to be more important and they make you wait until their own conversation is done. You have only a couple good workers and then the rest (mostly during the day) have major attitude problems. If you do not have the patience or what it takes to work in retail with customers, just dont do it.

Went in got my items and got cash back because the atm was not in service!

Waited 15 minutes this am for a sub to be made - ended up being something that I did Not order. Three girls making food - too busy visiting with each other than making food. No quick grab breakfast sandwiches made up.

The workers are lazy. Half hour till they close and wont make a sub. The place is worthless.

Unfriendly staff, people! Half the time I go in there, somebody on staff has always gotta have an attitude over the dumbest things. You can even be the most polite customer on the planet and theyll still treat u like garbage. I dont get how its possible theyre still in business after so many years of bad attitude behind the counter. I will never go there again.

The employees working took my water bottle. I know its just a water bottle, but that is still highly unprofessional. I paid for my belongings, picked up everything (because they didnt bag my items) and walked to my car. Once I got to my car I realized I didnt have my waterbottle I paid for, so I went back into the store. When I asked my employees if theyve seen my waterbottle, they both said no and refused to assist me or offer me another one. I looked all around and under my car just to be sure that I didnt drop it, and of course it was no where to be found. The two ladies working were very rude and extremely unhelpful. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Always friendly at least when im in the store service is prompt etc. And for the guy who had the credit card issue contact the main offices in either Erie or in Warren

My last visit to Country Fair was a nightmare. There was a problem with the card readers at the pumps and in the store, that resulted in my account being charged 3 times for the same purchase. And then a fourth time thanks to the useless and un-coperative and combatant store manager. I am hoping to resolve this without legal proceedings but will go there if I have to.

Very poor service and non conversational people

Stopped there to buy a lotto ticket to night 11/20/2013 there were 5 employees there and i left after standing there for 5 minutes with out my lotto ticket they seem to forget that with out costumers they will not have a job
