THIS IS MY FIRST GOOGLE REVIEW IN WHICH I ‘FEEL COMPELLED’ TO PREFACE MY REVIEW BY BEING BRUTALLY HONEST.IN DOING SO, IT IS QUITE LIKELY THAT THIS REVIEW WILL NOT BE POSTED, REQUIRING ME TO POST IN ANOTHER VENUE INSTEAD.IN FAIRNESS TO CVS:MY EXPERIENCES WITH BUSINESSES & CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT REPRESENT THE ‘AVERAGE PATRON’ WHO ARE NOT ‘PREJUDGED’.MY SITUATION IS DIFFERENT IN THAT I AM THE VICTIM OF A MASS SLANDER CAMPAIGN, WITH MY TREATMENT BY STORES & PERSONNEL REFLECTIVE OF THIS FACT.AT LEAST MY REVIEW WILL BE BASED ON ‘MY’ EXPERIENCE, RATHER THAN RUMORS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCES OF OTHER CUSTOMERS.MY SHOPPING TODAY AT OUR LOCAL CVS WAS A MISHMASH OF INTENTIONAL, INSULATING & AGGRAVATING INCIDENTS.1.PHOTO LAB PRINTED A PICTURE WITH NO TROUBLE. AFTER LOGGING OUT, I PUT IN A DIFFERENT CD WITH A DIFFERENT PRINT SELECTED & RECEIVED A DUPLICATE OF MY FIRST ORDER.PHOTO LABS (I HOPE) DO NOT HAVE ‘MEMORY’. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY THIS COULD HAPPEN, BUT THE CLERK CITED ME FOR THE ERROR.ALSO, SAME CLERK WAS UNABLE TO HELP ME PRINT FROM MY PHONE WHICH WORKED FINE WEEKS AGO.2.SAME CLERK HURRIEDLY ‘FEIGNED’ TRYING TO HELP ME FIND A CVS BRAND ITEM ON THE SHELF. SHE FLIPPANTLY SAID IN AN AUTHORITATIVE MANNER THAT CVS DOES NOT MAKE THAT PRODUCT ANYMORE.I CONTINUED TO SEARCH AND FINALLY FOUND THE ‘CVS BRAND ITEM’. HER RESPONSE WAS ONE OF DENIAL OF WHAT SHE TOLD ME, DELIBERATELY ‘MISSING THE POINT’.3.ONTO THE PHARMACY TO PURCHASE FACE MASKS AS DIRECTED BY THIS SAME CLERK. AT THIS POINT I NOW WAS BEING ‘GASLIGHTED’ BY A TOTAL OF 3 EMPLOYEES: THE PHARMACIST, A PHARMACY AIDE & CLERK # 1. THEY ALL GAVE ME THE SAME ‘MISINFORMATION’ ABOUT THE LOCATION OF THE MASKS WHICHCOULD NOT HAPPEN BETTER THAN IF IT WAS ‘PLANNED’.(SO VERY THANKFUL MY PRESCRIPTION DRUG PLAN HAS A SELECTION OF PHARMACIES).IN ADDITION, THIS PARTICULAR STORE IS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY AND CONTAIN AISLES CONGESTED WITH STOCK ‘ABANDONED’ IN THE MIDST OF BEING SHELVED.AS AN UNDERSTATEMENT, THE DIRTY CARPET IS NOT EXEMPLARY OF A HYGIENIC ATMOSPHERE THAT ONE WOULD EXPECT FROM A DRUGSTORE.AND WHILE ON THE SUBJECT OF HYGIENE: ‘TO BE HONEST’ A VIABLE OPTION TO ENHANCE ‘PROFESSIONALISM’ AMONGST ALL STORE PERSONNEL IS IF ALL WERE REQUIRED TO WEAR UNIFORMS. AS THEY SAY:‘YOU ACT THE WAY YOU DRESS’.REGRETFULLY, I CANNOT SAY ONE POSITIVE THING ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE TODAY.I WILL KEEP WATCHING FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THIS STORE. THEN MAYBE ‘NEXT TIME’ I CAN GIVE THEM A HIGHER RATING.I AM JUST UNABLE TO RATE ANY HIGHER THAN 1 STAR FOR NOW.‘SORRY ABOUT THAT’.

Nice people and great service

The staff at bradford PA CVS went out of there way to make my transition from Walmart to CVS painless and im very happy with CVS so far

Me and my girlfriend couldnt find any good cologne or perfume for us at Walmart so we diceded to go to CVS of Bradford pa for a try, nice selection and stuff but wow absolutely the rudest customer service Ive ever had to witness basically escorted and forced us out me and my girlfriend are 18 and 20 and got treated like we were 10 and 12 we were told we were being watched on security footage by what I presume was the manager and then got told by another worker we couldnt spray the cologne or perfume to see how it smelt and that there were testers for that but then got told by the same worker that there was none and she walked 3 feet away and started watching everthing that we did so we left this all happened in a good 5 minutes absolutely will I never hand that place money if my place depended on it Im almost 19 and shes almost 21 and we got treated like children if I could rate this less then a 1 star I would but I cant so

$$ Mid Wealth drug store with drinks, munchies, and personal items, travel items. Soap, Makeup, shampoo, disposable razors, toothpaste, magazines, office supplies, candy, gift items.

Employees are rude especially in the pharmacy. They laughed at me when I had a question. I avoid this store & will only go if absolutely necessary.

Only four stars because the cashiers and ppl in pharmacy arent very friendly

It has a large selection of health and beauty aids.

Led by a clearly uneducated pharmacist. Your business should be taken elsewhere.

Rude on phone

For the most part they are fast and friendly however this last cost I waited for what seemed like hours to be told I have to come back in a few hours

A bit untidy but customer service is always gelpful.
