I called Valu to see if they had a part to a faucet that we purchased there. Katie answered and said I dont know. I said I have the part number. I get huh huh huh. I said can you ask someone who is familiar. Katie, oh no, oh no, we dont have anything like that. Never asking. I have spent a lot of money at Valu over the years and obviously customer service continues to go down the tubes.

Cant tell you how many times I have pulled in only to have the door locked just before I make it to the door. Today I was treated with compassion by the people at value they allowed me to get a wax ring for my toilet right at 9pm

I have shopped at Valu several times and have always had the same excellent experience. There is always someone there to greet you when you walk in the door and to guide you to the items that you need. I have found the employees to be helpful, patient, understanding and professional. The store is clean, well lit and organized. It is in a convenient location with a good sized parking lot.

Recently stopped in to pick up a few items. Can not express how wonderful this store is. From the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I left I was met with friendly and helpful people. Upon checking out, the clerk was so sweet and friendly. Can’t say enough about your associates. Keep doing what your doing. I will be back.
