Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I always look forward to my visit here as I know it will always be pleasant. I use them for purchases as well as a UPS shipping hub and both experiences have been great. Only on one occasion was I met with a slightly rude cashier but, everyone has an off day the first experience with same cashier was great so hoping it was just an off day for her.

Always finding what I need. Very friendly staff. If a little something for everyone! Including boots for winter that actually keep my feet warm! Excellent selections!

Pretty much price gouged me to death 7 sheets of osb 29 bucks a sheet home depot 13 bucks a sheet if u were a honest business u should tell the customer u bought that skid 2 months ago when prices were high never ship there again

Went in to look for t-handle hex wrench set found a set for a reasonable price and was made in America bonus

This store seems to have all that you need and then some. It reminds me of the old hardware stores with a selection of nuts, bolts, hinges and whatnot. But it is more than that. I just feel that it is old fashioned and has those things that are not as easily found in some hardware stores. Dont get me wrong. They do have up to date supplies. They also have great items such as lawn ornaments and wind chimes. The store is a decent size packed with things you need and irresistible things you may buy before leaving. I have always thought their staff was very nice and heloful.

They have the best hardware selection I have ever seen. Lots of stainless steel bolts, even in metric. Even chrome hardware that I have never seen in any other store before. Impressive selection and my go to spot for my special project needs.

Absolutely THE best hardware store around. They have everything you could possibly need and then some. Knowledgeable, courteous staff and good fair prices. Hard to find bolts?--they got em. Hard to find fittings? they got em. Great store.

Surprising variety of goods

Great place to puck up fast needs glass windows replacement and other special commodities. Prices are a bite higher then most but it beat having to travel for quick stuff.

They have about everything under the sun hardware and more related. Surprising what the fit in there. Fair prices for the products.

Update... Their not up to date on their covid savyness. Employees walking around with there masks around their chin or neck. Walk right up to you in order to help other people, no social distancing. Other than that. This is one of my favorite stores the people are all kind and courteous. They are helpful and have everything from popcorn to nails, paint, everything for your home improvement needs and tools. There are boots for young and old, and a selection gloves for everyone.

Even in Pennsylvania all of these store never disappoint. Ive been to all of the different Worth W Smith stores and have noticed that no two stores have all the same products over and above the basic hardware items. You cant leave without finding more stuff than you originally went there for.

Much more than a hardware store. Has an extensive inventory of plumbing needs screws bolts and everything else for Home Remodeling. An interesting place to go that you can spend literally hours going through all the unusual items for sale.

Lots of helpful and skilled people working there. Lots of parts to choose from. Tools there are a bit pricey.

Place has a lot of things, from camping gear, to bolts, bearings, gardening, plumbing, electrical, etc etc. Awesome store. The only con is that everything is fairly pricey!

My husband loves this place. They have things you cant find anywhere else anymore. But again its far from home. About 40 miles.
