Went into the store today to check out used vehicles to get an idea of what to expect at certain price points and how knowledgeable and friendly the staff are and the receptionist was very nice happy and friendly while the guy that came to help me look for a vehicle just him walking in the door I could tell he wasnβt in a good mood he didnβt give me much of a time of day in useful information on the several vehicles I was eyeing just because I wasnβt quite ready to buy I was asking several questions like how good was the vehicle and he would say itβs a good car to everything when I go to ace auto or motors n more they will tell you whatβs wrong or if itβs a good car and why or why not I will never come to this dealership again worst customer interaction Iβve ever had when looking to buy

Went to get a oil change and tire rotation. Said the maintenance would take 45 mins. Then realized that my primary brakes were βlowβ so that took another 45 minutes and 200$ later I got car back. I would of enjoyed the complementary car wash that they advertised to me, but that was out of their time zone.
I went in for some warranty work. I dropped my car off and picked it up about 2 hours later. Spent about 10 minutes total at dealership. Very happy with experience. Drew: your awesome!
Dondelinger has the best customer service! Their staff is friendly and extremely helpful when it comes to something as simple as helping plan and arrange an oil change! Theyre great.
Bought my car here.. not very competitive! Not very personable! Somewhat friendly staff! It definitely feels like they are in it for the money and not so much the service! They had what I wanted so I bought it there! Definitely could have saved at least $3000-$4000 going some where else! But hey! They have lifetime power train warranty! You just have to pay a $500 deductible! Most definitely is worked into the higher price if the car! Definitely isnt a free thing they offer! Its a mandatory up charge, basically!! I probably wouldnt go back to buy another car! Just wasnt my favorite car buying experience by any means! I wouldnt say they are horrible though! Just not the greatest! Thats for sure!
My experience at Dondlingers was exceptional. My issue had to do with the blower fan not working, in the old days it wouldve been a simple fuse replacement. Lo and behold, by the time they were done with me, they replaced the resister module! Whodve thunk it? Everyone was smiley faced and the mood was great. And now my blower fan is working fine! Now my heaters working fine and the snow is just starting to fly!!! Everything is good. Thank you.....

The guys in the quick lube leave your vehicle dripping oil. Apparently they cant afford oil rags. There is no reason my vehicle should be dripping oil after the oil change.

The service department is great. However, I purchased 2017 Silverado in December 2016 and I am not at all happy with topper that does not match the truck. I bought and paid Dondelinger dealership for a $50,000 truck that the topper is a shade darker than the truck and the sales department and the general manager, Jason, refuse to take care of my problem. They say it is not their responsibility. So I have a very expensive truck that looks like a mismatched piece of junk. UnacceptableThis is the third vehicle (including a Cadillac XTS) that I have purchased from this dealership and I will never buy anything there again.
Very poor customer service. Sells person so pushing in trying too sell us a van .not a good experience in walking in car dealer ship ..the van we drove very bad brakes .After test walk back too dealer .pressure on us too buy that vehicle .very poor customer service. .this was Friday I believe. So on the next Monday we traveled to little falls. Brandl motors. O my gosh what different in customer service. We walk in sit .brandi motors we found the vehicle we wanted .No pressure very comfortable. !!!

When I had my last oil change, they said 1-1/2 hr. To do 3 hour lasted they had it done, if it would have taken that long they should have told me, I would have can back a different day. That why I give a 2.
