I bought my used Nissan Rogue from another dealership and had nothing but problems. I was finally sent over to Tanner Nissan and received excellent service and communication. I will never buy another used car from the aforementioned dealership as this is the second time I’ve been screwed.

Unfortunately I have to report that I had some of the worst service Ive had in my life over the last few weeks at Tanner Nissan Service. I wont name the person I worked with, but it took over 2 weeks to get a replacement battery. Now, I understand there are shortages and delays of everything right now across the world. My issue isnt the delay. Its the fact that for 2 weeks I never once got a call back from the person handling my warranty battery replacement. I called over 7 times in 2 weeks and each time was disappointed that he didnt have the information that he promised me 24 hours before. Each time I was told Id get a call back in the next hour and I never once received a call from them. Even after the manager was involved I still wasnt getting calls back consistently. I had patience for the first week and half but after that I just couldnt believe the poor service. I can say without a doubt we will never return to this service center for any kind of work.
