These guys are the best. I would give them more stars if I could. Russ gave me a great deal and when I had a problem after buying the car they took it in right away and repaired it at no cost to me. They even replaced a belt that showed some wear at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a car or truck.

I was looking for a truck for a while and narrowed it down to two trucks one was at motors and more and one at a dealership . Motors and more had a two year newer truck with less miles than the one at dealership in Baxter. Motors and more was priced cheaper and its a way better truck. Their customer service is amazing and they are on the ball to get things rolling with my bank from their end. I bought the truck and had a warranty issue on truck and they were very great about bringing it in and fixing the problem it was done in less than 24 hours . They gave me a loaner car that was so nice of them to think about me getting to work the next day. I am very pleased with the overall quality of service and salesmanship they provided me. When its time to buy my girlfriend a new car this is where Ill be going . Thank you to everyone at Motors and More for everything . Im the guy who fully understands that when you buy a used car it always a unknown for a sales person to know everything that might be wrong with a car. The first car I bought from Jeff I told him to just drop me one off and that I trusted him. I didnt even have to go to the lot and look. I came across one problem and he picked back up from me and left me a loaner, fixed it and returned it to me repaired. How can you ask for more in a used car purchase. Im on my second car with Jeff now and Im thrilled he bought this car with me in mind. We are looking for my sister as well. 110% satisfied.

Very shady place of business. My brother and I went in and test drove a 2009 Volkswagen Gulf GTI started looking under the hood to see if there was anything mechanical wrong with the car because they have it almost 4k from blue book value. Found that the coolant reservoir was bone dry had been for some time, tire pressure in 2 of the tires were at 0. When I asked what the problems were I was told its because of the cold First, I am an automotive technician have been for quite some time so Im not ignorant and thats how he treated me and my little brother, secondly when I pointed out the flaws in his arguement if thats what you want to call it. I got told I didnt know what I was talking about but he would have his mechanic look at it and call us back after the weekend. Never got a phone call. NEVER will I recommend Motors-N-More to anyone. And I personally feel sorry for anyone who has bought an anything from them and gotten the run around like they tried giving me.

Unfortunately this company is nothing but a marketing scam. They hurt other dealerships reputation and obviously dont know how to run marketing events with automated systems! Thank you for wasting my time, money and effort today. I did as the flier stated...scratch off...looks like a winner....call the number and enter my reservation code...took the available appointment option! Hmmm adjust my schedule with work and kids to to go to my appointment only to be rudely greeted with a laugh! That event is over! Strange the automated system ONLY offered today...never mentioned this event or offer is expired! The only benefit is I now I am locally not the only one this happened to and if this is how you run business you wont be around long! I feel bad for customers and dealerships that put their trust into you and your company!
