Friendly service but they did not have the part on hand to repair our Jeep. They have to order it and it now requires us to make another 120 mile round trip to the dealer to get our 2019 jeep fixed.

They explain things well and very curtious and friendly

I am currently leasing a 2019 Jeep Wrangler from Tanner Motors. My sales experience was wonderful but I placed an order for running boards and they have yet to come. This was over 4 months ago. I have been trying to get ahold of Travis at least every 2 weeks, if not every week, to ask about the status. I’ve been told over and over again that he will call me back and I have left him numerous voice mails with NO RESPONSE. I find this absolutely unacceptable. I paid for the running boards, I need them, and I am being completely ignored.I will not be returning to Tanner Motors if something does not happen soon.

Fit me in right away! Didnt charge for looking at my car. Were very friendly and didnt try to sell me something I didnt need! They also offer beverages while you wait. Convenient hours too.

Was going to take my truck in, then I remembered the all the money they charged the last time and said it needed parts it didnt. I took it home and fixed it with no parts. I told them to cancel the parts order. Told them what I fixed and was treated like I was stupid. Just didnt need to be over charged and disrespected again.
