Its 242 pm sunday, says your open, but again store closes at 4, AND ITS ALREADY CLOSED.... seriously getting upset that I drive in to pay bill or anything else and the baxter store is closed early.

The staff was completely competent and they helped me with every need that I requested. Friendly with smiles. It makes me want to continue my service with this company.

Very friendly and helpful. Need a Pacific phone that worked with another device. He made sure the phone was one that would work with his blood glucose before purchasing it. Understanding that new management are updating the phones. Wish there were more phones. I would have at least one of my other if there were more phones to choose from.

They advertise to be open. Store is locked and nobody is there and the do not answer phone.

Nobody is at the store they say there open and not a single person is answering the phones for either the Baxter and or at cloud store whats going on

The staff that was working the day my husband and I went in was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and quick. He had my husbands old phone number switched over to a new phone and my plan within 15 minutes!

STAY AWAY! WE WERE: LIED TO, IGNORED, GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FOR WEEKS AND ONE OF OUR PHONES STILL DOESNT WORK PROPERLYWe have to wait 60 days to be able to return to AT&T and can’t wait until the 60 days are up so we can get cell service that actually works.I couldnt imagine a worse customer service experience and Im a pretty generous person with reviews, just check our my other reviews as they are all 4 stars or above.On top of all of these things, one of phones can send text messages any time it has service, but can only call some of the time. It cannot make calls from our house which is where we use it the most! When we try to get it resolved this store tells us to call corporate and corporate tells us to call the store.Heres the whole story.My family and I went in and switched 2 lines from AT&T to Metro and added a third line. One of the main reasons for switching was that we LIED TO and told that we would be able to purchase iPhone 6s phones for $39 for every line we ported to Metro. At that time they were out of stock on iPhone 6s so theyd have to order them. We were told to come back in the next couples of days to order the phone as a manager had to order iPhones and the managers were not in while we were there.Our original visit was on a Wednesday evening. I returned on Friday morning to order the iPhones with the manager only to find out that WE WERE LIED TO on Wednesday and that we would have to order the phones at the time of the phone number port.I called Metro corporate and I was told that each store is independent and that I would have to call and talk to the ASR (Area Service Rep.). So I called the store and talked to Jordan who said John is the ASR and hes have John call us, didnt happen. Called the store again, was told theyd have the ASR call us. Didnt happen. Called the store a third time, was told theyd have the ASR call us and that they cant give me his phone number. Its been over two week and no return call.To summarize. After almost three weeks we dont have the phones that were promised, we cant get a refund as one of our phones doesnt work properly at our house (even though the other two do), nobody who can address our problems ever calls us back and we cant wait until our month is up to change back to a reputable service provider.STAY AWAY!6 WEEK UPDATE.John (the current ASR) 6 unreturned phone calls.Brian (a senior sales rep) 4 unreturned phone calls.Jordan (a senior sales rep) 3 unreturned phone calls.Lindsay (maybe a customer service rep) 4 unreturned phone calls.Sierra (a newer sales rep) returns calls very well but doesn’t have the ability to actually make any decisions.From our conversations with corporate Metro, each store is its own franchise and therefore corporate has no power to do anything except reset tower information attached to a sim.John is obviously the top level manager at this store and I can’t believe he is still employed. 17 unreturned calls from his employees! Yikes.6 weeks in and we still haven’t received the promised iPhone 6s phones NOR does our 3 line fully work (we can text, but can’t call).

Had a great experience with a very helpful salesman- Hosea. Walked in to pay phone bill walked out with a new phone and case for my wife. Thanks Metro Pcs for great deals !

I went in today to switch to government lines to my plan and Hosea was more than helpful. He was amazing and took the time to help me even though the government lines were a pain to deal with. I Wil make this my go to location from now on. Thank you so much Hosea for dealing with the headache I brought to you today!!!

Dont waste your time stopping by there, better to call a year or two ahead to make sure the phone you want is there, and you never know when someone will be there or not the place is a joke

Went in to pay my bill and get my phone warranty out and the person working today was rude and didnt want to help with getting the warranty taken care of

We drove 2 hours to the Brainerd location to get set up and no one was there :( not happy. Heard good things about the service but not today

I definitely agree with the comment of no one there... IvI gone several days now to have no one at the store and they have completely wrong hours listed for their store on their web site and none at their store at all...

After switching to metro pcs i would never go back to cricket everytime i went into the cricket store in brainerd it seemed like they just wanted to sell me something when ever i had a problem they told me to call customer service and i was lied to about no data cap ever since i switched to metro pcs i have been totally happy ifi have a problem they go out of their way to help me and fix it there plans and rates are the cheapest around and all around amazing customer service at the brainerd store i highly recommend them i have had all carriers verizon cricket straight talk and metro pcs by far is the best

Me and my wife came in and we were instantly greated at the door we were helped by two people who helped us get what we want me and my wife got 2 new phones for free and got unlimited everything for 40 bucks per line i love the service and am very happy!
