Not a review, but a question. If I provided a replacement part for a Kindle Fire 7 1st Gen tablet, can yall fix that? The USB port is completely off the motherboard. It also needs soldering. I would love it if yall could fix it for me! Thanks for reading! :)

BEWARE! this is someones home business not commercial business? we have had some recent idoc customers drive to our UMD duluth location that had phones repaired sloppy 15 minutes to fix iphones means all parts shields not back in phone beware of idoc fast repairs! So we have had to fix/ put shields back in etc. Also FYI this company has no public web site easy for all reviews not authentic most likely done by owner good friends or family

Amanda is great! She went above & beyond to fix my sons cracked screen. She even noticed that the volume button was stuck and fixed that too. Friendly, easy to get in touch with, fast(phone was fixed while I waited). I would recommend iDoc to anyone! The money we paid for a new screen was far less then a new iPhone!

Amanda is the Best! She fixed my husband& my phone when they got some water damage. She was able to save both with her knowledge and expertise! She also got right to them and we had them back as soon as she possibly could have. She is also a great person. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs help with their phone.

She is most careful, professional, skilled, and accommodating. My phone had been previously harvested for parts and she put it all back together perfectly for no additional charge (I had only come for a screen replacement). I would drive from the Cities to have her service my phone again rather than take it to an unknown down there.

IDoc gave me the best customer service I have experienced in my life as a consumer.I had been working in the Brainerd/Baxter area, away from my home and family for five weeks, when I seriously damaged the screen and LCD digitizer. Having insurance on my phone, through my big player carrier, I visited their brick and mortar in Baxter. I find out that my insurance does absolutely nothing to get a working phone in my hand for the remaining two weeks of my time away from home.Upon hearing of my dilemma, iDoc fit me in immediately and promptly fixed my phone for 1/3 of what I paid in the TC Metro area where I live (for the exact same service). I actually felt as though my problem of no working phone was cared about by someone in a position to help me. Thats a gold plated rarity in my experience.I cant recommend iDoc Phone Repair enough, to anyone, anywhere!
