Bath & Body works is amazing! My favorite is the Champagne Toast Candle. It smells so good! The Snowy Beach Berry body cream is awesome as well. I have so many body washes, body creams, lotions and candles. Ive shopped here 6 times within 2 weeks for the great sales. I tried to stay away yet I am going again tomorrow.

Ryan and alexia were so helpful kind and knowledgeable about products and policy of Bath and Bodyworks! Upon entering the store I was greeted and taken immediately to the candle fragrance that I wanted by Ryan. Alexia was very helpful in knowing the Mother’s Day promotion gifts... your company should feel very lucky to have employees of their stature! The Braintree store was very neat and made my shopping experience they are very pleasing and effortless. I highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service to shop at the Braintree location!

Went there for the after Christmas sale since I was trying to do an online purchase and it wouldnt work. When I got there, hardly no candles that were on sale were left and the store was a huge mess near the registers. Very dissatisfied.

I usually order on line but figured since i was here i pick up my hand soaps cause they are on sale i like a lot of the older hand soaps they did not have them so im forced to trying some new ones the ones i picked smell pretty good the staff was very helpful but i think i go back to ordering on line

Stepping across the threshold into this place is extremely overwhelming and borderline harassment. Aside from the overwhelming smells of thousands of scents, a sales associate immediately targets you and asks you if you want a hand demo. Where they slather on the lotion onto your hand tersely.The management here always seems to be communicating through the ear pieces of the next customer to target. Unfortunately with retail it also seems apparent that they profile their demographic to determine who will be the people more likely to spend more when they are busier during the sales. I would prefer going to regular department stores and shopping in peace, or Yankee Candle for fragrances.
