I don’t recommend this place. Yesterday I got a bad experience after visiting there, the girl who served me introduced herself as an assistant manager, as soon as I asked her to help me choose a hair dryer, she showed her dislike for me all the time, she was absolutely incompetent, she didn’t know anything about products. I was in cosmo prof in Malden, Weymouth, etc., and I have never encountered such a thing anywhere. It was very unpleasant, but nevertheless I continued to address her with respect, which she din’t deserve. And I also tried to change the clipper (babyliss pro gold ferrari) that I bought a week ago, I tried it only once and noticed some dysfunction, I decided to change it to another, because knowing from my own experience that if something was wrong from the beginning, it’s not will serve, I paid $ 200 for this and I want to be sure that it’s not in vain. I brought receipt and a box with everything, but she said that the company store has a new rules and if I used something at least once, it won’t be changed to another! I don’t deny that this may be true, but really I will not go there anymore, at least for ill-mannered treatment.
