I came in with my phone destroyed, colorful lines and black dots all over my screen, could barely even use my phone. i gave the guy my phone and only 15 minutes later i came back and my phone was in perfect condition it was like nothing ever happened to it! he was friendly and definitely knew what he was doing.

They don’t even deserve a star at all. Some guy there burned my iPhone 6s Plus. He said he knew how to fix iPhones and the batteries. That’s a big lie! My iPhone battery was legit on fire. He threw it on the floor. I’m never going back there. This happened Summer 2020, My husband was also there.

These people did a terrific job with fixing my phone. They did at a rather low price, and my phones screen works like it just came out of the box. I would definitely go to them if I had to fix my phone in the future.

Thanks to kid mishaps, we’ve had several broken phones in our house. Each time, I’ve had them repaired at appcessories near the Starbucks and apple store in the South Shore Plaza. Price is always great (waaayyy less than insurance through carrier), they are super friendly and Super FAST! Done in 20-30 mins while you shop! I highly recommend.

I brought my I pad to repair the back light. I was told I need to replace the entire screen. The replacement screen stopped working in 6 weeks. I returned the iPad under warrant and they will not honor it. The screen jus stopped working. No visible damaged but the accused me of dropping it or pressing the screen to hard. Horrible business practice not honoring their warranty.

Happy with the results on having replaced the shattered glass of my iPad Air here. The service was fast being estimated around an hour or so. Only gotcha was the sudden incoming customers seemed to have picked up after I dropped mine off and it did take a little longer. It is understandable as the mall was certainly busy that day! This is a nice spot and convenient if you need to get some quick device repair.

Fanueal has great customer service but once screen was replace had iPhone 6 over heat issue. He then replace screen and was working ok for 2 hours. It then went into over heat again... I guess I need to have my screen replaced again?

The employees were very gelpful in explaining the process. The time and price they quoted me was pretty accurate. My replaced iPad screen looks just like new. I intend to bring in an iPhone with a broken screen next.

Thumbs up to appcessories electronics. My phone would not hold a charge. Thinking it would be a simple fix I first went to the Apple Store only to be told the cost of a new battery would be $80 plus they noticed that my screen was lifting. They stated it would be an additional $120. Not wanting to invest that amount of money right now it was suggested I go to the appcessories store at the south shore mall in Braintree Ma. I was serviced by a very professional gentleman by the name Fanueal . I was so pleased. He was Able to replace the battery and have my screen shut closeI highly recommend Fanueal gets recognition For Great service will tell everyone 👍👍👍

I am saddened when I see the reviews and the results that I had to contend with..$250 for Samsung s6 screen and it breaks 2 months later..Just black..Take it back thinking still should be warranty..Man was I stupid to think an outfit.like that would honor warranty..After twiddling to an hr saying checking connections..Oh look we found this hairline crack on the inside of the screen..I hold it to try this see and behold it grows... And I am asking how did it get there.. no damage to screen or anything..You open it and now u tell me it is broken on inside.. how did I break it when I brought it to you..And a scripted cover-up answer...Oh it could be anything like pressure or something..And I am like lets take a hammer and see if you can recreate it..I knew it was useless..What proof do I have..But really sad ..I hope they pay for their lies and dishonesty...

I was deeply saddened when the charger port of my Samsung s6 edge was brutally damaged. I thought it would cost me more to mend that. But all thanks to appcessories for mending my phone in a affordable price. Im more thankful to two people who were working on that day. If Im not wrong they should be pooja and tech.guy mr. Fan for briefly describing me before making my phone. It took three hrs to make my phone...but trust me it was completely worth waiting. Kudos to you guys. Now Im super glad to get my phone back in a good condition. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I went to street talk and they messed up my phone, we had to go there twice cause the phone was glitching. We went the third time and demanded to have my refund because they glued my home button and messed up my screen. We went to appcessories electronics and they are a big help, they fixed my phone the right way!
