Truman and Adam are amazing!! Their customer service was phenomenal. Truman was able to help solve the issue I was having with my old device AND set my mom and I up with a new phones under our plan. Truman is exceptionally knowledgeable about the devices in store and Verizon’s plan/offers. Will only be coming back to this specific location from now on to get assistance from Truman or Adam.

My boyfriend and I went in today to get new phones and to add a line to a plan. We were immediately greeted by Scott, He was very personable and knowledgeable about the plan and the phone itself. The purchase of getting a phone was not stressful for once, Scott was honest with us and did not pressure us into buying more than what we wanted to purchase at that time. Before even stepping foot into the store that day I had called with issues I was having trying to do the process of buying a phone etc on my own at home and while on the phone Scott and his Colleague Myles answered my questions and were very friendly and patient with me. Myles was absolutely amazing helping my husband and I get much needed upgrades to our IPhones. It took a little time but it was well worth it! We walked out with brand new IPhone 12s with a monthly bill of about $10 more per month (phones included!!!) He made sure we totally understood how the phones worked and the best thing of all was my husband got to keep his IPhone 5S relic 😂

I cant express how happy I was to have met Truman at the Verizon store in Quincy. I had no intention of buying a new phone but after discussing the differences between my Samsung Note and the Samsung 21S Ultra I was sold. I just bought an iPhone 12 from Truman I, at the Braintree Verizon store at five corners. He was awesome. He was very informative and explained things so a kindergartner could understand. If you’re like me and not tech savvy that is a huge benefit! The store was very clean and you could literally eat off the floor. I have always been a mall Verizon shopper, but going forward I will definitely go to this Verizon location and see Truman!

I have to agree with my wife. I almost never take the time to write a review of my experience at a store, but it would be a disservice to Myles to not do that. He went above and beyond to get us the best deals possible for our phones on top of making sure the transfer of data was completed properly as well making sure to show us the new features of our new phones. Myles was amazing! My husband and I went in today to upgrade our prehistoric IPhones. It took a little while but Myles got us a fantastic deal on new iPhone 12s and a plan that is only $10 more a month…including the new phones!!!. We walked out with our fully loaded devices and knowing how to use them…best of all my husband was able to keep his 5s relic!!!

My boyfriend and I went into this Verizon store after numerous unsuccessful attempts to get the iPhone 12 pro. Myles was accommodating, and patient and very informative! He was efficient and you can tell he genuinely cares about his job, the customers and the people he helps! Customer service is a difficult job but he made our whole experience at Verizon a great one and I would recommend him to anyone! Any trip to a phone store can seem daunting and then trying to understand costs, taxes and fees can often times be discouraging. Myles broke it down for us based on the plan we currently had, our trade in and what it would cost with our new phones, he made it easy to follow and understand. Thanks! Went in to pick up a phone ($1000-already paid for). They added Verizon insurance without asking, luckily I got the confirm text - so they backed that out. My son got talked into accessories and all of a sudden they want another $200! Turns out they “mistakenly “ over charged one of the accessories - when I questioned the total - by more than $100 . If you do business here, definitely pay attention. Seemingly nice people, but not a great experience.

I just wanted to share that today was the very first time that I left a cell phone store and felt that the staff completely understood what I was saying and where I was coming from. They made everything right and fixed it all. I usually leave and want to cry after because 99% of the time they never tell the truth and then your stuck with phones and plans that were way more money than promised. I have been having an issue with a second a phone I had gotten over the summer but to the store I went to completely lied. I asked what would be cheaper add another line to my iPhone, I was thinking maybe an app or get another phone. Well the salesman never once told me about the program Verizon offers which is to add another line for $15 a month. Never mentioned it but proceeded to tell that the apps are no good and sold me another phone. Not to mention the bill went way up. When I called in to return it the staff on the phone told me they were going to look into it, but never called me back and long story short I was stuck. So by chance looking through the Verizon app I noticed myself that they offer this program that I was pretty much purposely not told about to sell me the phone. Thinking about all this makes me want to call corporate. I’m talking I spent months fighting with them. Well today I went to the Braintree store and I was helped more than I could imagine! I will be having to deal with corporate but the manager Scott and there handy salesman Myles B, made my day! I wish more ppl were like them. Thanks guys!

Too. in with my sister and had no intention to purchase a phone. While she was discussing her phone plan, Myles asked if he could help me with anything. I initially said no, but had mentioned how I have to go through insurance to replace my Note 8 for the 5th time since it kept losing my calls, freezing, ect.. So he jumped in and offered me $400 off a new phone and when I didnt jump for that, he was able to find a plan that upgraded me and got me another $400 for trade in and I was able to upgrade to the Galaxy S20+ and my bill only increased $8. He helped me find a great case and liquid screen protector.He explained everything and was so helpful. Other verizon stores had told me to keep calling insurance and if I complained enough they may upgrade me. But I have no desire to complain to upgrade. Where others failed, Myles made a sale and he was so helpful and kind, I sent 2 of my best friends to his store to upgrade their phones too. I highly recommend the store at Braintree 5 Corners. I didnt catch the name of the person helping my sister, but he was absolutely incredible too. This was the best experience I have had at a Verizon store. I am so thrilled with my new phone and the trade value and promotions that came with my new plan. So excited!!! THANK YOU AGAIN, MYLES!!!!!!
