Just purchased series 7 watch. All excited came home and turned it in and the battery is just about dead. It says please charge! Went to plug it in and there is no way to charge the phone. It does not come with a charger. The sales person never said anything about the phone needing a charge. I would have purchased one while I was there. The new watch has no value the way it is. I now have to order one online and wait to use my new watch. So irritating! VERY BAD SERVICE
Frankly all Apple stores seem identical to me. Busy, pricey with top quality prices. Good service but hard to need to schedule in advance.

Such a bad service. Just unbelievable. Technician is Stephanie and Manager is Myrian. I asked their name. They donβt put their card in the front like other stores did. They know nothing about tech and even basic logic. I guess they just refuse to offer service and afraid of me giving negative feedback. Shame of you. Story in short. I brought a pencil and it is under warranty. Stephanie took the pencil to test and came back told me it is tip issue. I told her I tried the good and new tip and it still not working. And then she went to test again and she verified it is not tip issue. I waited for 45 mins just for testing. At the end, she said system would not let her processing it without cost. It is ridiculous. It is pencil issue and it is under warranty. It connects and fail to write. And you canβt process it. And they kept telling me tip issue. We tested the pencil by using the store new tip and it was not working!! Honestly, even manager Myrian came, they both know nothing about it. Such a shame. How do the Apple do their training? This manager is protecting Stephanie by lying. Such a shame!! I have good experience on other technicians. But definitely not this two. How do Apple select this two to be technicians and even manager?
This store is as bad as other apple stores. The employees working are unprofessional. I had to wait in line for 25 minutes without anyone helping me. Finally a guy searched my check in time and let me know the guy who I talked earlier hadnt checked me in the first time. Spend your money elsewhere customers are valued better.
I brought in an apple case with my new iphone. Months later the case had a piece fall off. Since the case was defective and under warranty I brought it to the apple store in braintree ma. . I was told it would be replaced within a few days and they would notify me when the new case was delivered to the store. I would then need to return to the store to pick up the new replacement case and give them my defective one.Seven days later and no call, email, or text.Called apple support for an update. They said they would have to call the store but when they tried (multiple times) they were unable to reach the store.I was passed back and forth through multiple people over 3 or 4 days who all said the same thing. All very apologetic but because they couldnt get the store to pick up the phone there was nothing they could do.Apple used to be at the top of my list for customer service but after this experience I am frustrated beyond belief.Apple store and apple warranty support act like two unrelated different companies. Apple would not ship me a new case and even said since they could not reach the store by phone that maybe I should drive to the store and see whats going on.If it was closer I would have done that but its a little out of my way. At this point I would be glad to pay shipping to get a replacement case but they are unable to ship it and said I will need to deal directly with the store.What a nightmare!
100% UNPROFESSIONALI placed an online Curbside Pickup Order. I waited outside for Half an hour. Somebody named βPATRICKβ supposed to come outside and give me my order who never came. After waiting 45 outside I had to go inside to check whatβs going on!!! They literally ignored me while I was explaining them the situation. During this pandemic situation I was not comfortable going in the store that was the only reason I placed curbside pickup order. If you guys donβt want to provide a service to your customers then why do you advertise online that you do provide So called curbside pickup service?????NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.When I asked to talk to the manager, I was refused by the staff.Improve your customer service, professionalism and start respecting your customers.

I went on a Sunday and there was no wait time and many staff members that were available to assist. The overall process of updating to a new phone was quick and easy and I was able to trade in my old phone. I have T-mobile as a carrier and getting the Iphone from Apple, I saved what would have been $20 for Assisted Service when updating your phone. Also, using the Apple Card has great benefits as well.
Staff are extremely unprofessional they carry on personal conversations all throughout the store LOUDLY, itβs like thereβs no manager. Everyone is just hanging out. Itβs so off putting coming here. Never again. The exact person who helped me his name was NILSON. he was rude, asked me to sign without telling me what had been done and when we finished the entire transaction, he just walked away from the desk. He didnβt tell me that we were done or anything like that. The customer service here is abhorrent. Iβm so disgusted with the store
The security needs to RELAX just a tad. Signs are clearly marked as to where to stand for what services you need. But some of the cracker jack security people still feel the need to stop you and interrogate you in what you are doing. Guys, chill. Youre mall security guards, not Federal Marshals.

Very poor service. Very upset with Manager Nick statement that they canβt return defective IPhone 12 Pro, which GPS doesnβt work even after repair. I bought the phone 3 weeks ago. Repair was maid by apple store on 2nd week. Iβm getting same issues with the phone, so I came to return the phone. Manager Nick tells me I canβt do that refused to return defecting phone suggesting me to check the settings and reset the phone in storeFor reference Iβve gone through all setting resets, while being on the line with customer service, as well as being in apple store. No Bluetooth turn offs or Network setting reset or Hard reset helps as well as pure clean phone backup with no apps.The only solution is turn on/off Airplane mode to temporarily solve the issues with GPS.Iβve set an appointment through customer service over the phone in other location to return this phone.Frustrating part is waste of time spent with continuous visits of apple store, setting up appointments and commute there as well as on call tech support to fix the issue with Brand New Phone, which Apple refuses to solve.
Terrible service! Walked over to Apple at 7pm (1hr before closing) to purchase a laptop. I was told that there was no available salesmen and gladly stated I would wait. Numerous other customers without appointments were able to enter. When I asked why I could not buy it when others were able to make a purchase, I was told it was a βsimpleβ transaction and they had no time for me. WOWW! Such a disappointing experience.
Went to get my phone fixed at the apple store located in the plaza, dropped it off with a working display but cracked. Was told to come back in a hour and the phone would be fixed. I returned a hour later to find out that they couldnβt fix the phone which would normally be fine I understand things happen. But they returned my phone with these too VERY adhesive pieces of plastic on the front and back of the phone. Was told once I remove them itβs most likely going to rip off the glass on the front and back. And thereβs nothing they could do. I talked to a manager Nick who was extremely unprofessional about the whole situation and had no remorse for literally breaking my phone WAY worse then when it was dropped off. Completely besides my self with this situation as I have gotten most of my repairs and services done here. definitely would NOT recommend ANY Phone repairs done here as they can literally break your phone and not be held liable.
It is very clean and they have wrapped the common areas with plastic wrap to prevent people from congregating. Cleaning crews were constantly on the move sanitizing door handles and bathrooms. Really had a safe feeling experience there.

Apple Store in Braintree in the past I got some merchandise from there, tough I was going to be a return costumer I guess not, I went there last Saturday in attempt to purchase a lap top computer it was not possible lack of costumer services sales people are rude, will never return to that particular location, and would advise others not to.

I had a bad experience the first time I went into the store. I waited for 3 hours only to have the sales guy tell me that he could not help me and that I needed to make another appointment. I was a huge fan of Apple until today. Rude manager with racial discrimination issue - at least I feel insulted by the βserviceβ I got. Unprofessional and arrogant team member who is unhelpful at all, my problem was unsolved and felt like crying when I left. Iβve seen much better Apple store customer service, leading with responsible manager, that where customer loyalty comes from. Please Apple head office, read all those reviews about this store and do something about the management here. I am not alone feeling that we customer deserve better service and more respect from this store inside south shore Braintree.

This place is beyond belief!! I went there to buy a laptop for a friend who broke their laptop for school. Not only did the rude gentleman did not allow us access to the store because there was no available appointments but also allowed in numerous customers without appointments. This is a disgusting act of selective customerization and should not be tolerated. I am highly disappointed in the quality of the employees and service.

TLDR: Sales associates need to provide better information-they cost me two hours of my time.This review is of the one and only experience I had with the Braintree Apple Store Location: After researching the Apple Watch I would like on-line I decided to go check it out in person. It wasnt in stock at the store closest to me so I called the store in Braintree to ensure they had it in stock (as it was listed as in stock on the website). The sales associate I spoke with on the phone informed me that they did have it in stock. I also qualify for a discount so I verified with her that I could receive the discount when I came in. She implied that I could. I then drove the 45 minutes to the store only to discover a huge line. I was luckily placed in their more expedited line because I knew what I wanted. After waiting another 25-30 minutes I finally made it to an associate. He then informed me that I could not get my discount in store as it needed to be verified. I had already verified it online and had my identification on me. I then asked if I ordered online and chose in store pick up if I could pick it up that day. He suggested that I just come back the next day. I was already fairly annoyed by the amount of time that I had wasted coming there after calling so I informed him that I came from 45 minutes away because of the first associate I spoke with (knowing it wasnt his fault). He then suggested I order it online and have it shipped to my house. He mentioned that it doesnt usually take very long. I drove the 45 minutes home and I ordered the watch on August 29th. I will not receive it until September 11th. This is not what I would qualify as not very long.
When you need to wait in line for 30 minutes to spend 1K on the new phone. It would be your choice. I will go somewhere else

Spent $1700 on a brand new MacBook Pro. Laptop was used for 3 months and now can not be used without overheating. Workers at the store did nothing to fix it and did not have a clue what they were talking about.
Today I had an appointment for support at the SS plaza. I have a 6 year old iPad that we were having difficulty with. Yup its that old. The tech was AWESOME. Patient and very helpful as we explained that my son uses this device and he has quadraplegia with cognitive impairment. Somehow he locked up the device. Well with a little Apple magic they got this old device back to where we could login. Also he showed us how to create a family account to better assist our son/us with password and use. Best experience Ever. Thank you . My little guy is going to be so happy to have this back.

I really like this apple. Ive had good experiences at The genius bar. Certainly expect to wait while the futz with your machine, but they know what theyre doing and generally enjoyable to sit with for as long as youre stuck there. You definitely need an appointment.
The wait is long. Information and customer service depends on who you get... Ive been to the store three times to fix a family members phone in an 8 month span. The overall experience is terrible and product clearly unreliable. Ive bought their products as gifts in the past and thought about making a switch myself but after this experience... No way, never buying another product.

Came into the store waited about 15-20 minutes. How do I two children with me then finally got some help. By guy named Dylan. Keep in mind I have my two children what to me. And it was a busy day in the Apple Store. Dylan told me that I can put my child and the child section and told her to stop touching things. What do I look like leaving my little children to go in the child section and a busy store. My intentions today was to come in and buy either a laptop or a desktop. I asked Dylan some questions regarding the product what might be best that he can recommend for my for my needs. Dylan was not helpful so I clearly said this was a big decision. But I was expecting to buy something today. I walked out with nothing but with him saying were here if you need us. If I return to this location I would not work with him. Customer service should be for old, young, families and non-family.
I have been to this store several times over the years. Without fail, it is a frustrating waste of time, each and every time. I once waited two hours to fix a new phone that died out of nowhere. All they did was plug it in and wait...periodically telling me to wait just a few more minutes. After 2 hours, they gave up and said the only option was another new phone. Tonight I went in and the store alarm was going off for a while and no one seemed to know what to do. It took forever to find someone to talk to and once I finally did, they said they were too busy and that I would have to sit and wait until close, but may not be seen. Why not recommend a different store or help set up another appointment? This store just always seems to be struggling, understaffed, and has apathetic and even rude employees. Im done buying apple products. There are plenty of better options out there in the PC world.

I just went there, met with a guy who said would take care of me, the guy left and disappeared and i just stood at the bar for 40minutes until someone else come to me and finally deal with my stuff. Great service if we forget the first part and the fact that they constantly try to sell you stuff. For example they offered me a discount on a product they said i would need but did not asked for as a reward for my wait. Which literally means they make me pay for my wait but with sweet words which makes it okay i guess.

Iβve been meaning to write a review for a while but I just kept forgetting!! I went in September 2019 for a Genius Bar appointment as my IPhone started overheating constantly.As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken over to the waiting area. Brian came out shortly after to help me. I explained to him what was going on and he immediately started trouble shooting. He ran a battery test and was in the process of running another test when my phone started overheating and wouldnβt work. He let me know that my phone failed the battery test so they would replace the battery first and continue from there. He told me to make sure he checked my phone again before I left to make sure the issue was resolved.When we checked my phone again after the battery replacement it was still overheating. He wasnβt able to run anymore diagnostics on it. He let me know that he had never seen this issue before and he would make sure I left with a working phone. He helped make sure all my data was backed up and grabbed me a new phone. At this point it was past the time where his work day was finished, but he made sure to stay and make sure everything went well. He helped me set up the new phone and get all my info back onto the new phone.I had a great experience at the South Shore location, and Brian went above and beyond to make sure he could help me and that I had a working phone before I left.

If you do not have patience I advise you never to visit the Apple Store with that in mind I had a five-star experience. My technician today was Brian he worked on my device for about two hours in total today. When I arrived they told me it would be a little over an hour until I could be seen which is expected on a Saturday afternoon at the only Apple store in the area. Brian greeted me helped me resolve my problem and when he didnβt think the problem was resolved to the best of his knowledge he continued to work until the problem was 100% resolved and I would walk out of there assured I would not have any more issues. As I waited my turn and watch Brian work I saw a lot of unprofessional people tapping their feet crossing their arms and rolling their eyes. These technicians are highly sought out and one of a kind you have to be patient and wait your turn just like everybody else. During my service Brian also helped another customer multitasking fixing two problems at once while still giving both of the customers his undivided attention. These guys are the professionals and I would not trust anybody else.

Nobody was willing to take care of me when I was standing in the store and wondering who is the right staff to talk with. I was there for my ip6s battery, after a long wait, a guy finally called me and he told me that he needs to run some test on my phone first. So he took my phone and made that go for the test, and I wait there. While my phone was running the test he was taking care of another lady, and even after my phone finished the test, he kept talking with that lady and left with the ladys phone for around 8 minutes. My phone has finished the test but I didnt know if I can quit the testing interface play with my phone while waiting for him. So I just stand there with nothing to do, and none of the staffs cared about me.Okay the thing that really annoyed me was, after 10 days, someone from their store called me and told me that the battery was ready, I could walk in anytime within a week but it would be better if I told her a specific date and time so that they can handle it quicker. I was busy at that time so I said I will check my schedule and call back. I called their number back, being transferred to the apple tech support line, waited for 30 minutes, a guy picked up the phone and transferred me back to the store. After all these waiting and transferring, a very impatient guy answered the phone and told me that he didnβt understand what I was talking about????? Finally, I made myself clear and he told me that he didnβt know if someone in the store called me, but there was no appointment needed for changing the battery.Really hope those people there will not damage my phone tomorrow.

I went to the store to get a new phone since my 6s was giving me trouble. I went to buy the XR outright and swap over my SIM card. I was met by an apple employee who insisted I get apple care and all these other useless things like a new SIM card. They then tell me my old sim wonβt work with the new phones because of some network update to the Verizon system. They wove a tale talking about how the phone of a relative wouldnβt work when the did what I intend to do. Well itβs been roughly 3 months since then and it works fine no issues. Clearly they lied to sell features that I simply didnβt need.Next phone I get wonβt be an iPhone for sure...
The trick is to book an appointment and just beeline to the Genius Bar in the back.I called apple customer service yesterday morning and they booked an appointment with the Genius Bar, that same day, to fix my 2010 MacBook Pro computer. My computer would barely turn on. The logo would come up, but the progress indicator bar would freeze...that is as far as my computer would turn on.I stepped up to the Bar, and a lovely young man named Mark, immediately checked my computer hardware with diagnostic hookup and gave me the thumbs up on all my hardware. And then he began reinstalling my operating system. He saved my Mac! He was personable, caring, patient and he didnt try to push product on me! I was ready to give up on apple products, but because of Mark, I have renewed faith in their phrase apple care.thank you, Lisa
At first, I arrived on Saturday to ask for a preventive maintenance, and they told me they were about to close, so that I had to go the next day. They werent able to get an appointment for me. That was fine, maybe my fault. But the next day, I arrived, they told me I had to wait for 3.5 hours until one of the technicians were available. I went home and came back at the pointed time. Then I did check in, and they told me to wait 15 min at most. Well, they were 30 because the technician was talking to another customer about other topics rather than the computer itself. When he was available, he wasnt aware I was his next appointment, and it created a mess, it was so silly seen 3 guys scrolling their ipads to see what had happened. It was nuts! Finally, he attended me to say that there was no such a thing as a preventive maintenance (They could have told me the day before) and at this moment I was really angry with the service. Im not coming back.
They made an appointment for 12:50 pm getting there confirmed the appointment and put me in line. After 15 min someone came from inside and said that they could only answer us at 3:30 pm if we could wait.We warned that not because we had another appointment, he asked us to wait and disappeared.15 i went to complain i was told there was a queue for complaints.5 minutes later another person came and said that our appointment was for 03:30 pm, funny right ??When we said they could cancel they said they had someone to see us !!

Also this store will have all the parts of products and here they do repair work as well. I did screen replacement twice here and service was awesome. Store has enough staff to handle the crowd.
We went to fix the phone and buy screen protector. One guy he talk to another people very nice but he was ignore when my boyfriend ask a question and he try to ignore to put the screen protector for his phone. I noticed that they are Spanish and come from different place. But come on! You should not do this to your customers when your customer try to talk to you and you ignore. I canβt believe Apple have this type of people to work for! This is unacceptable! I think apple should do better than this!!!

Not only is the wait ridiculous considering the amount of staff they have running around at this place but most of the people here donβt know what theyβre doing, theyβll give attitude and half of the time simple matience things - fixing a phone screen for example with damage your phone more.After getting my screen fixed here, not only were their bubbles underneath the screen but the infamous black screen of death has kept coming back again and again. My phone is only a year old and I wanna trash it.Regardless of that, the people here arenβt worth it. Iβve come across some people who are nice and sweet and others who act as if they donβt wanna do their job. Which they probably donβt but itβs not my fault.
This is the worst Apple store I have ever been too. There waiting time is unbelievable, 2 1/2 hours of waiting time. There employees are not helpful when you asked them how much longer, they just keep saying soon. Thereβs phones suck and are not what they used to bee. I been a longtime customer since the iPhone 3GS but donβt think I will be getting an other iPhone. Thank you Apple for making me now switch to android and making the chose easy for me.
Every staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Adding a monitor showing customer names and their current status would be extremely helpful especially in this busy holiday seasons when my wait was longer than 2 hours and didnt get everything done after 3 1/2 hours.

This particular Apple Store was very well organized, timely, and also fixed the issue with my laptop! (There was malware that had to be removed - no charge!) The woman who signed me up for an appointment time worked with me to make sure I would have the best experience possible. The man who actually assisted with the problem (wish I could remember his name) was great, knew exactly what he was doing, and did not judge me for falling for a well-created scam - he simply helped me and gave me tips for the future! Go apple!! The products are expensive because youre also paying for kick butt customer service!!
