Online shopping experience. Order was not received within 3 business day even though paid the extra for it. Product order was great but feel that prices are very high. Delivery should be free for amount of $ spent. Would i shop here again? Hopefully wont have to. Would i recomend? Get ready to dig deep in your pockets.

I personally wont be going back to this location. Had a club which needed to be fixed. They said they could do it. The grip was turning and loose for 24 hours after the work was done (the work was done on the head which means they accidentally dripped something down the shaft and had to get it out, most likely). Anyways talked to a manager and he acted like this was a normal occurrence and didnt even offer to fix it. Specifically, he said he would take the grip off and put it back on even though something else was now wrong with the grip. Really well done mate.

I cant start to tell you how great it was. The gentleman I asked questions to helped and informed me on what I was looking the whole time. I also appreciate the that he was not talking down to me since I am new to the game. Bravo boys.

Had such a great experience at this golfers warehouse location. I was helped by the store Manager Vincent who was extremely knowledgeable and a really nice guy. As a lefty, it is hard to find a place with inventory but they had a great selection, including a lefty used Scotty Cameron which I had to have. This is absolutely where I will be going for all my golf needs in the future. HIGHLY recommend stopping in.

Putter selection is great, but they do not have much clothing but I suppose that’s not what you are there for usually.

Several workers behind counter (a couple were busy.). No one asked if we needed help. We finally asked, and we were told necessary information. When I checked out, the man who waited on me (he did have to do a gift card for me,) said that I was all set. I had to tell him that he hadnt given me merchandise that I bought. He gave me one and I had to reach over and get the other one. Ever bagged items or asked me if I wanted a bag.

I came in to buy a decent used driver with a stiff shaft. I headed to the used drivers section, and found a very unique Asianic branded driver for well within my price range. Was able to try it out on their test range, and got some informative help from an associate while I was perusing the drivers. Used drivers come with a free sock as well (I got a putter as I had an extra driver sock.) Most definitely coming back here for new shoes and a new bag this season!

I like the amount of choices they have for new and used equipment. The pricing is reasonable. What I didnt like and this is most important to me, (this is how I felt) I noticed that if your NOT dressed like you can afford the High End equipment, nobody wants to assist you. When you get someone to help, they are very eager to go back to the person they think that can afford anything in the shop.Now Im not saying that this is normal business behavior. I hope ores not. This is just how my last 2 times went when I visited them. One time I was looking to purchase a new driver. The other time I was looking into havimg a club repaired. I ended up go somewhere else for the repair and bought my driver on line.

Husband bought set of irons. Guy there to assist with the selection and fitting was very helpful. Prices have been the same at the places we looked, so customer service makes a difference when selecting where to buy.

Great selection of new as well as used clubs. Two hitting bays that you get right into no questions asked. Thats a huge plus. Have to take one star off, couldve been two, because of the staff. Salesman was very pushy. The Millennial generation knows how to find what it wants without overbearing sales reps. I told him once I was all set and he came back and bothered me twice. Wound up buying online from a different retailer because I was frustrated and uncomfortable.

Was in there on a wednesday afternoon. There were 3 customers, including myself, and 4 people working there. Not one employee asked if i needed help. i took a club from the demo bags and used the computer myself to set up the simulator (against the rules) and yet still no one offered help. I would visit any other golf store before going back to them.

This place was awful. I have never encountered such horrible people. My son and I were going to buy drivers and wedges. Salespeople barely looked at us and the store was empty. I would not buy a tee there. By the way this was our second time here and first time was bad but thought we would give it a second chance. There will be no third time. Ware house???? Unbelievably expensive too
