Why anyone would not want to check out a local hardware store before going to a less than helpful big bix store is beyond me.You cant walk into Richmond Hardware and not be helped and satisfied.. If they dont have what your looking for they will pass on their advice..

When they have stock they are the best in my opinion. But they run out of alot of things. Still like dealing with the guys here over other places.
