I bought the 7 grip running boards for my new 2021 GMC truck..only half the order arrived, missing parts. The other half arrived 2 weeks later (installation struts) I have tried to work towards getting these missing parts. I finally called Luverne directly and they advised me to go buy the missing parts from etrailer. Luverne is seriously lacking skills to work through a missing parts problem. I will not do business with them anymore.

Hopeless customer service, delivers the wrong parts and then keeps sending them. Shame as the products are nice
