Great machine shop! Full of knowledge! Reasonable prices!My first time here, I went in to get my flywheel resurfaced, slightly skeptical if they were going to be able to do it right after reading how some shops do it wrong. He mentioned when you resurface the clutch mating surface, you have to machine the face where the pressure plate mounts as well, so it applies the same amount of pressure to the clutch. I realized then, they knew what they were doing, and were going to do it right. Also gave me a lot of advice on other engine building tips, which will save me down the road.Will be bringing anything I dont know how to do here. Feels great getting the job done right, and supporting local business.

To whom this may concern or pertain to:I had to have a bearing in my scooter gear box replaced, & have the remaining bearing (what was left of it. Very courteous and professional. After starting a head gasket repair I brought my heads in for some work. Soon after I found a crack in my block which made the repair too costly. The shop put a hold on the work until I made a decision to replace the engine while being kind and polite the entire time. Would return for any future work

My favorite machine shop. Took some pistons to have them press fit, good price and great turn around. Each piston looked good and no issues so far.

Great to find and honest machine shop. Although the block that I took there was unable to be repaired due to being damaged beyond repair, they found the problem and that saved me tons of $$$ if I had not taken it there for inspection. I will use Haynes when I find me another engine. I recommend them!!

Used this business for a valve work. We agreed on $230 plus $50 if it needs additional work. I specifically requested my old parts to be returned. I was charged around $100 extra dollars for not authorized B.S. work and my old parts were no where to be found. Dishonest business using used car dealertactics.

The only machine shop I use personally and professionally. He knows his stuff and only does quality work at a fair price. Turn around times are always better than expected. His service and forthright answers have kept myself and several friends loyal to his shop.

Great service and fast turnaround.

Took engine to have machine work done put it in car wouldnt run right after replacing carb twice 4 starters pulled engine took to United speed world machine shop turns out engine was bored wrong 7 cyl were bored at least 3 thousandths to big one cyl was at zero with means it had no clearance when engine would get hot wouldnt start it broke 4 starters so we had to get new block and we paid to clean engine when taken apart there was medal shavings in every thing so we had to get new cam all bearings oil pump cost another 2500.00 over hayes expense he would not make it right if I were you I wouldnt use this machine shop
