I brought in my mower for the carburetor leaking. Four weeks later I got it back and was charged $138. I got it home and it would not run. The following weekend, I brought it back up and left it for another week. He was very nice about it. It did run in the shop with the Air filter off. Brought it home, it would not start again and gas leaking out of the carburetor just like before and wouldn’t run. Take off the air filter and it would start. I Called and he said I could bring it back a third time. I had no interest in driving back to Brandon for a third time for repair. I asked for my money back and he said no. He may be fine for a bike repair but it doesn’t appear that he can fix a mower. I’m sorry we had to go down this road.

Pressure washer sat there for nearly two months to get a spring replaced on the carburetor and maybe a spark plug. Didn’t get a single phone call from the guy throughout the whole process. Came back multiple times for him to keep giving us the “busy” excuse, and was told that we can pick it up “ready” at the end of the week (today). Came in to pick it up, and he said he didn’t do any work on it because the gas tank had been cracked when we brought in cracked which is impossible because we filled it with fuel before we brought it in to see if it started to begin with and it never had a crack in it. He did not offer to fix the tank that he broke and still didn’t replace what we originally brought it in for 2 months ago. Very very disappointed in this shop.

I have about a $500 hybrid bike I hadnt used in several years, one of the break cords was cut somehow, and some spokes were broken. I took it to a few bike shops to get an estimate on the repairs and tune-up costs and the prices ranged from $150-$230, almost half the price of my bike! I took it to Brandon Bike & Mower world, $75 for full repairs and tune up. I have been riding my bike for the past 1.5 years since the tune-up/repair and have not had 1 single problem. 10/10 will go back for repairs and based on the service, probably buy my next bike there too.

Dan is an expert at bike repair. His time estimate for the job is fairly good too. Job is done right the first time.

I love this store. The man who runs it is so kind and has never once tried to overcharge me or sell me services or items that I dont need. I have been coming to him for years for both mower and bike stuff. He is a great guy who does fantastic work. If you want quality, honest bike and mower repair, this is the place to get it. Five stars!

Before my bike tire went flat I didnt really know what to get or how to fix it, so I just took it to him. I use it for work so expediency is a priority for me. He did it promptly, very affordably, and even fixed my seat for free. I also love the Star Wars theming. Definitely would go back again.

My father in law has used Brandon Mower for years. Recently I called a couple times about small engine repair and they wont do it anymore. I asked for a referral to who could in the area and they wouldnt offer to refer me which I thought was weird? You know they have to know others who do the work so this is a conscience choice of theirs.It appears they have changed their business model to focus on bikes and perhaps keeping commercial mower accounts but Im honestly not sure. Either way, they were not helpful.

Ordered a belt for my mower from him. Over a month ago. I keep getting the same old story. Sorry my supplier hasnt shipped it to me yet. Smh
