So I had an appointment tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. at the we buy any car Brandon location I scheduled an appointment for my husband to get our Pontiac GT inspection done and he receives multiple calls throughout the week stating that we need to call in and give some more information regarding the title and the vin and we were busy with life working and we never got time or had a chance to get back to him so I get home today and my husband told me that he received a text saying the appointment was canceled because we never returned a phone call. That doesnt make any sense because we made an appointment to go over everything at the appointment. This is not good customer service and we will not be using we buy any car in the future.
